(Image : PwC \/ 21st CEO Survey)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Les cadres sup\u00e9rieurs du monde entier se montrent plus optimistes que jamais : pour la premi\u00e8re fois, la majorit\u00e9 des dirigeants d'entreprises interrog\u00e9s dans le monde s'attendent \u00e0 ce que la crise \u00e9conomique se poursuive. <\/span>(57 %) que l'\u00e9conomie mondiale va cro\u00eetre au cours des douze prochains mois. C'est presque deux fois plus que l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re (29%) - la plus forte augmentation jamais atteinte et en m\u00eame temps le r\u00e9sultat le plus optimiste obtenu depuis le d\u00e9but de l'enqu\u00eate. Le regard port\u00e9 sur sa propre entreprise est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus sceptique : 42 % des CEO du monde entier ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00eatre tr\u00e8s confiants dans la croissance de leur propre entreprise au cours des douze prochains mois (38% l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente). Par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, l'inqui\u00e9tude concernant le terrorisme (41%) et les cyber-attaques (40%) a presque doubl\u00e9. C'est le r\u00e9sultat de l'enqu\u00eate mondiale men\u00e9e cette ann\u00e9e pour le Global CEO Survey par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d'audit et de conseil PwC, \u00e0 laquelle ont particip\u00e9 1.293 top managers de 85 pays. Les r\u00e9sultats de l'\u00e9tude ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s en amont du World Economic Forum WEF 2o18 \u00e0 Davos.<\/p>\n<h2>Les dirigeants d'entreprises suisses s'attendent \u00e0 une croissance soutenue<\/h2>\n<p>Pour les 12 prochains mois, 39 % des CEO suisses s'attendent \u00e0 une croissance du chiffre d'affaires. En ce qui concerne les perspectives \u00e0 trois ans, ils sont un peu plus r\u00e9serv\u00e9s : 33 % des chefs d'entreprise suisses restent tr\u00e8s confiants quant \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser une croissance dans leur propre entreprise au cours des 36 prochains mois. Urs Honegger, CEO de PwC Suisse, explique : \"La confiance croissante dans l'\u00e9conomie mondiale est certainement positive. Mais en Suisse, on reste sceptique quant \u00e0 la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de cette croissance\". Les top managers suisses s'inqui\u00e8tent notamment de la surr\u00e9glementation et de l'incertitude g\u00e9opolitique. En ce qui concerne la num\u00e9risation, ils consid\u00e8rent \u00e9galement les cyber-attaques, les nouveaux acteurs du march\u00e9 ainsi qu'une disponibilit\u00e9 insuffisante des qualifications cl\u00e9s comme des menaces. \"Les incertitudes concernant la num\u00e9risation en constante progression et le besoin de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e qui en d\u00e9coule incitent les CEO \u00e0 rester prudents quant \u00e0 leur propre croissance \u00e0 long terme\", explique Urs Honegger. L'enqu\u00eate montre en outre que la sensibilisation au th\u00e8me de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 a augment\u00e9. \"Les exemples actuels de Meltdown et Spectre confirment la menace des attaques de pirates informatiques pour les entreprises et les institutions gouvernementales. Une pr\u00e9paration ad\u00e9quate \u00e0 de telles attaques est essentielle et constitue l'un des grands d\u00e9fis pour le top management\", conclut Urs Honegger.<\/p>\n<h2>Des cadres sup\u00e9rieurs socialement responsables ?<\/h2>\n<p>Conform\u00e9ment au th\u00e8me du Forum \u00e9conomique mondial de cette ann\u00e9e, la majorit\u00e9 des chefs d'entreprise ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 vivre dans un monde fragment\u00e9 avec des \u00e9conomies multiples et fragment\u00e9es. Les PDG du monde entier voient une \u00e9volution vers des normes et des valeurs plus diversifi\u00e9es (82%), des blocs commerciaux r\u00e9gionaux (73%), une mont\u00e9e du nationalisme (65%), des mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques diff\u00e9rents (60%) et une concurrence fiscale accrue (54%). Les doutes quant \u00e0 l'influence positive de la mondialisation se sont \u00e9galement accrus. Ils les expriment en regardant l'\u00e9quit\u00e9 dans la concurrence fiscale mondiale (49%), la lutte contre le changement climatique et la p\u00e9nurie de ressources (50%) ainsi que le comblement du foss\u00e9 entre les riches et les pauvres (41%). La majorit\u00e9 des CEO estime qu'il est n\u00e9cessaire de mesurer la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 autrement que par des indicateurs financiers. La responsabilit\u00e9 sociale fait-elle donc de plus en plus son entr\u00e9e dans les \u00e9tages de tapis ? \"Les r\u00e9sultats de l'enqu\u00eate de cette ann\u00e9e montrent que la mondialisation et le progr\u00e8s technologique ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 une augmentation de la productivit\u00e9 et de la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 de la population sur de nombreux march\u00e9s. Mais il y a aussi de nombreux march\u00e9s qui n'ont gu\u00e8re profit\u00e9 de cette \u00e9volution. Il en r\u00e9sulte un d\u00e9couplage entre les avantages \u00e9conomiques et sociaux, ce qui entra\u00eene une perte de confiance et des diff\u00e9rences au sein des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s et entre elles. En cons\u00e9quence, il devient de plus en plus important pour les entreprises de garder \u00e0 l'esprit les exigences sociales en plus des exigences financi\u00e8res.
