Malgr\u00e9 ou \u00e0 cause de l'engouement pour les organisations num\u00e9riques et agiles : Garder les collaborateurs est le th\u00e8me RH num\u00e9ro un pour 2018. La flexibilisation des structures de travail arrive en deuxi\u00e8me position dans l'agenda RH des entreprises. Favoriser l'employabilit\u00e9 des collaborateurs est pour la premi\u00e8re fois le troisi\u00e8me point le plus important parmi les th\u00e8mes RH. C'est ce que montrent les r\u00e9sultats du rapport RH 2018 que Hays et l'Institut pour l'emploi et l'employabilit\u00e9 (IBE) viennent de publier. Plus de 1000 personnes issues d'entreprises et d'organisations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Fid\u00e9liser les employ\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9<\/h2>\n

\"La pression exerc\u00e9e par l'\u00e9volution d\u00e9mographique, la num\u00e9risation et la p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e accro\u00eet consid\u00e9rablement la lutte pour les collaborateurs. C'est pourquoi la fid\u00e9lisation des collaborateurs est une priorit\u00e9 et il faut leur accorder plus de flexibilit\u00e9. Jutta Rump, directrice de l'IBE, explique le classement : \"En raison de l'acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du rythme des changements, il est imp\u00e9ratif de maintenir les collaborateurs dans l'emploi. Une bonne ambiance de travail (57 %) est le principal facteur de r\u00e9tention des collaborateurs. Viennent ensuite des horaires de travail flexibles (46 %) et une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration conforme au march\u00e9 (44 %). Les entreprises interrog\u00e9es ont progress\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9alisation de ces th\u00e8mes. L'\u00e9cart entre l'importance et la mise en \u0153uvre de ces instruments s'est nettement r\u00e9duit.<\/p>\n

Des processus rigides font obstacle au d\u00e9veloppement<\/h2>\n

Pour la moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es (51 %), le th\u00e8me de l'organisation agile joue d\u00e9j\u00e0 un r\u00f4le important, voire tr\u00e8s important. Plus la position est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus l'importance d'une organisation agile augmente de mani\u00e8re significative. Les personnes interrog\u00e9es consid\u00e8rent les processus et proc\u00e9dures trop rigides comme le plus grand obstacle (36 %). Pour 31 %, c'est le manque de volont\u00e9 de changement des collaborateurs. \"\u00c0 l'avenir, il s'agira plus que jamais de mettre en place des processus interconnect\u00e9s et int\u00e9gr\u00e9s. Ceux-ci partent du client et non de manuels de processus internes. En m\u00eame temps, ils doivent offrir une grande flexibilit\u00e9 afin de pouvoir r\u00e9agir rapidement aux nouvelles conditions du march\u00e9\", explique Marc Lutz, Managing Director chez Hays Suisse.<\/p>\n

Les comp\u00e9tences professionnelles d\u00e9terminent les carri\u00e8res de direction<\/h2>\n

L'\u00e9tude s'est \u00e9galement pench\u00e9e sur les possibilit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re. Pour les carri\u00e8res de direction, les comp\u00e9tences techniques (43 %) sont incomparablement plus importantes que les comp\u00e9tences sociales (29 %). Les avis des personnes interrog\u00e9es divergent sur la mani\u00e8re dont les carri\u00e8res de direction se font. La moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es consid\u00e8rent qu'une approche syst\u00e9matique est n\u00e9cessaire (25 % chacun estiment que des recommandations et une planification strat\u00e9gique de la succession sont essentielles). D'un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, un quart pense qu'elles se font par le biais de r\u00e9seaux internes, et pour 21%, le hasard joue un r\u00f4le pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant.<\/p>\n

Le rapport RH, publi\u00e9 chaque ann\u00e9e, analyse les principales questions RH dans les organisations. Il se base sur une enqu\u00eate en ligne \u00e0 laquelle ont particip\u00e9 1036 collaborateurs d'entreprises et d'organisations de l'espace germanophone. Les personnes interrog\u00e9es \u00e9taient des directeurs (17 %), des cadres RH (22 %), des chefs de service (38 %) et des collaborateurs sans responsabilit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de personnel (24 %).<\/p>\n
