(Image : www.workday.ch)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Les principaux r\u00e9sultats du rapport Workday Global Workforce pour le premier semestre 2024 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Il devient plus difficile de trouver un nouveau travail :<\/strong> L'augmentation des candidatures (31%) d\u00e9passe de loin la croissance des postes (7%) par rapport au premier semestre 2023.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Les cadres sup\u00e9rieurs sont les premiers \u00e0 quitter l'entreprise :<\/strong> Dans 75% des secteurs \u00e9tudi\u00e9s, les d\u00e9parts volontaires des prestataires ont augment\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L'IA devient un outil indispensable pour les \u00e9quipes RH :<\/strong> 77% des entreprises pr\u00e9voient d'augmenter l'utilisation de l'IA dans le recrutement au cours de l'ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un travail qui a du sens conduit \u00e0 un plus grand sentiment d'accomplissement et de loyaut\u00e9 :<\/strong> Les travailleurs qui estiment faire un travail utile se sentent plus \u00e9panouis de 37% que ceux qui ne le font pas, m\u00eame avec une charge de travail \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les clients de Workday Recruiting ont trait\u00e9 environ 19 millions de demandes d'emploi au cours du premier semestre 2024, soit une augmentation de 7% par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, et 173 millions de candidatures, soit une augmentation de 31%. Bien que le march\u00e9 du travail soit en croissance, il devient de plus en plus comp\u00e9titif pour les demandeurs d'emploi. Cette tendance pourrait encore s'accentuer si la croissance de l'emploi ralentit et si le ch\u00f4mage continue d'augmenter aux \u00c9tats-Unis et dans le monde.<\/p>\n<p>\"Le march\u00e9 du travail \u00e9volue en faveur des employeurs, mais en m\u00eame temps, les employ\u00e9s deviennent plus s\u00fbrs d'eux dans leurs exigences - des salaires comp\u00e9titifs, des possibilit\u00e9s d'avancement claires et un travail qui a du sens sont essentiels\", explique Alexandra Hartung, responsable de la division PME chez Workday. \"Les dirigeants doivent aider leurs employ\u00e9s \u00e0 trouver un sens \u00e0 leur travail afin de retenir les meilleurs talents qui contribueront au succ\u00e8s de l'entreprise\".<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tendances du march\u00e9 du travail dans la r\u00e9gion DACH : l'Allemagne et la Suisse en point de mire<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Parmi les pays autres que les \u00c9tats-Unis d'o\u00f9 provenaient le plus grand nombre de demandes d'emploi, de candidatures et de contrats de travail au premier semestre 2024, l'Espagne et la France, mais aussi l'Allemagne et la Suisse, \u00e9taient en t\u00eate :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Allemagne :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>402'000 Demandes d'emploi (+12%)<\/li>\n<li>2,6 millions de candidatures (+3%)<\/li>\n<li>177'000 offres d'emploi\/contrats de travail (+3%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 le ralentissement \u00e9conomique g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, certains secteurs, notamment les technologies de l'information, l'ing\u00e9nierie et les soins de sant\u00e9, continuent de souffrir d'une importante p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e. Cela offre de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s au personnel qualifi\u00e9 dans ces domaines. De plus, avec 3,3%, l'Allemagne a l'un des taux de ch\u00f4mage les plus bas de tous les pays de l'OCDE.<\/p>\n<p>Ce faible taux de ch\u00f4mage permet aux employeurs de trouver plus facilement des candidats ad\u00e9quats pour les postes vacants. Selon les pr\u00e9visions de l'OCDE, l'Allemagne restera l'une des nations industrielles \u00e0 la croissance la plus lente au moins jusqu'en 2025. Cette ann\u00e9e, le produit int\u00e9rieur brut ne devrait augmenter que de 0,1 pour cent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suisse :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>215'000 Demandes d'emploi (+14%)<\/li>\n<li>1,3 million de candidatures (+12%)<\/li>\n<li>112'000 offres d'emploi\/contrats de travail (+38%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Par rapport \u00e0 de nombreux autres pays, le march\u00e9 du travail suisse continue de montrer des signes positifs.
