Sur une p\u00e9riode de douze mois, pr\u00e8s de 70'000 d\u00e9clarations importantes pour la r\u00e9putation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9es et \u00e9valu\u00e9es. Pour calculer la force de la r\u00e9putation dans les diff\u00e9rents domaines, le nombre de contributions, la tonalit\u00e9 ainsi que la port\u00e9e et l'importance des sources m\u00e9diatiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pris en compte.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Six dimensions forment la bonne r\u00e9putation<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9putation sur lequel repose l'\u00e9tude distingue six facteurs diff\u00e9rents - appel\u00e9s dimensions de r\u00e9putation - qui fa\u00e7onnent la r\u00e9putation des entreprises : Products &amp; Services, Innovation, Economic Performance, Management &amp; Leadership, Workplace, ESG &amp; Sustainability. L'\u00e9tude a permis de d\u00e9terminer ce que les entreprises industrielles r\u00e9alisent dans ces domaines dans les m\u00e9dias.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Un benchmarking judicieux gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la cat\u00e9gorisation<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>La pr\u00e9sence m\u00e9diatique des entreprises \u00e9tudi\u00e9es varie fortement. C'est pourquoi quatre groupes d'entreprises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 constitu\u00e9s, chacun couvrant un spectre de pr\u00e9sence sp\u00e9cifique :<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Leaders de pr\u00e9sence - entreprises omnipr\u00e9sentes \u00e0 forte visibilit\u00e9<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Les leaders - r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement dans les m\u00e9dias, souvent leaders de leur branche<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Pr\u00e9curseurs - une pr\u00e9sence fiable qui donne le ton<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Champions cach\u00e9s - faible pr\u00e9sence, visent le haut<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Chacun de ces groupes comprend 17 ou 18 entreprises. Cette segmentation permet aux entreprises de chaque groupe de se comparer \u00e0 des entreprises ayant une pr\u00e9sence m\u00e9diatique similaire. Un benchmarking est ainsi possible - globalement ou au niveau d'une dimension de la r\u00e9putation - afin de classer les r\u00e9sultats obtenus de mani\u00e8re pertinente et de prendre des mesures cibl\u00e9es.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>R\u00e9putation m\u00e9diatique d'une grande importance pour les entreprises industrielles<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>\"La plupart des entreprises industrielles sont des entreprises business-to-business avec lesquelles le grand public n'a que peu de contacts\" dit Katrin Frei, directrice de Pressrelations Suisse. \"Souvent, les m\u00e9dias sont la seule source d'information par laquelle la population se renseigne sur les activit\u00e9s, les succ\u00e8s et les d\u00e9fis des entreprises. Ce que les m\u00e9dias en ligne et la presse \u00e9crite rapportent a donc une influence d\u00e9cisive sur la r\u00e9putation des entreprises, y compris aupr\u00e8s de la population suisse\".<\/p>\r\n<p>Pour Lukas Zihlmann, directeur de Swissreputation.group, la visibilit\u00e9 est essentielle pour avoir une longueur d'avance sur la concurrence : \"Il ne s'agit pas seulement de conditions de travail et d'opportunit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re.
