L'Helvetia restructure son organisation de distribution au 1er janvier 2025 et nomme Simon Weiner (45 ans), sp\u00e9cialiste exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 de la distribution, au poste de responsable du r\u00e9seau de distribution suisse. Cette fonction regroupe les canaux de distribution avec acc\u00e8s direct aux clients sur le march\u00e9 national suisse et assure leur interaction optimale pour les clientes et clients.<\/p>\r\n

Parall\u00e8lement, l'entreprise r\u00e8gle de bonne heure la succession de Ralph Jeitziner au poste de responsable de la distribution. Ralph Jeitziner a dirig\u00e9 la distribution pendant 29 ans, d'abord chez Coop Vie, puis chez Nationale Suisse et ensuite chez Helvetia. Il a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de prendre sa retraite le 30 avril 2026. D\u00e9but 2026, Simon Weiner reprendra sa fonction et si\u00e8gera donc \u00e9galement au comit\u00e9 de direction d'Helvetia Suisse.<\/p>\r\n

Sp\u00e9cialiste de la vente exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 <\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

Simon Weiner, qui a la double nationalit\u00e9 suisse et autrichienne, conna\u00eet l'Helvetia et le secteur de l'assurance en Suisse pour y avoir travaill\u00e9 pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es. En tant que responsable de la r\u00e9gion de distribution Centre, il a notamment \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9 pendant cinq ans de la mise en \u0153uvre de la strat\u00e9gie de distribution 2025 dans la r\u00e9gion au chiffre d'affaires le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de Suisse. Il a en outre accompagn\u00e9 des \u00e9tapes importantes comme l'int\u00e9gration partielle de distribution de MoneyPark, la plateforme de produits et de services leader pour les conseils ind\u00e9pendants en mati\u00e8re d'hypoth\u00e8que et d'immobilier.<\/p>\r\n

Auparavant, Simon Weiner a \u00e9t\u00e9 CEO d'Orion Assurance de Protection Juridique SA de 2017 \u00e0 2019 et a occup\u00e9 diverses fonctions au sein de la distribution de Zurich Financial Services (Zurich Suisse) de 2009 \u00e0 2016. Simon Weiner est titulaire d'un International Executive MBA de la Haute \u00e9cole de St-Gall HSG.<\/p>\r\n
