Depuis la Matte \u00e0 Berne, le CEO et fondateur Bala Trachsel dirige avec succ\u00e8s une \u00e9quipe d'environ 40 personnes qui cr\u00e9e une communication diff\u00e9renci\u00e9e pour des clients tels que le SC Berne, Bernexpo, Jungfrau Ski Region, Rugenbr\u00e4u, Honegger, la Fondation Suisse de Cardiologie ou Senevita.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Creative-Driven prend de l'importance<\/h3>\r\n<p>Dans le prolongement des exp\u00e9riences et des succ\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, Republica a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9orient\u00e9 sur le plan cr\u00e9atif au cours des derniers mois. \"A une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 nos clients peuvent cr\u00e9er eux-m\u00eames leurs textes, images, vid\u00e9os et sites web \u00e0 l'aide de l'IA, les id\u00e9es exceptionnelles prennent de plus en plus d'importance. Il est donc d'autant plus important de disposer d'experts et d'expertes ayant le sens de la cr\u00e9ation exceptionnelle\", explique Trachsel.<\/p>\r\n<p>Le projet \"Rethinking Republica\" a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 d\u00e9but 2024. La nouvelle direction de la cr\u00e9ation a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9cisif : depuis mars, Florian Birkner est \u00e0 bord en tant que directeur de la cr\u00e9ation. Il dirige la cr\u00e9ation avec la directrice de cr\u00e9ation et partenaire Stefanie Berchtold. Avec Bala Trachsel, le duo de direction a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 le processus de changement au cours des derniers mois et annonce d'ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 diverses nouvelles affaires.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Nouvelle mission duale<\/h3>\r\n<p>Le rafra\u00eechissement de l'agence est n\u00e9 sous l'\u00e9gide de la double mission \"Down to earth. To the stars\", qui doit \u00e0 l'avenir marquer la pens\u00e9e et l'action de l'agence. \"Republica est une agence avec une culture qui s'est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re autonome et des comp\u00e9tences internes pr\u00e9cieuses que nous voulions absolument int\u00e9grer dans le processus de changement\", explique Florian Birkner. \"En m\u00eame temps, il \u00e9tait important pour nous d'enclencher une nouvelle dynamique et de pousser le moment d'\u00e9nergie d'un nouveau d\u00e9part. Avec notre Dual Mission, nous c\u00e9l\u00e9brons les deux - la compr\u00e9hension approfondie des bonnes strat\u00e9gies et des bons messages ainsi que la prise en main des \u00e9toiles cr\u00e9atives\".<\/p>\r\n<p>\"Down to earth\" (vers la terre).
