MediCongress f\u00eate sa premi\u00e8re : le 29 octobre 2024, le premier Sommet de la communication a eu lieu \u00e0 Zurich. Le congr\u00e8s s'adresse aux sp\u00e9cialistes du marketing et de la communication du secteur de la sant\u00e9 et assure de nouvelles connaissances dans la communication en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9. \"Les nombreux visiteurs du premier Sommet de la communication ont montr\u00e9 \u00e0 quel point l'int\u00e9r\u00eat pour une communication de la sant\u00e9 tourn\u00e9e vers l'avenir est grand. Storytelling, contenu et perspectives d'avenir<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

Les intervenants ont emmen\u00e9 les visiteurs dans un voyage dans le monde du marketing moderne de la sant\u00e9. Ferris B\u00fchler, expert en communication et en m\u00e9dias, a ouvert la journ\u00e9e avec un expos\u00e9 sur le storytelling, qui a montr\u00e9 comment des histoires vivantes peuvent renforcer la confiance des patients. Ensuite, des aper\u00e7us pratiques du marketing de contenu ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, avec des strat\u00e9gies pour des contenus authentiques et cibl\u00e9s. Mathias Ebneter et Guido Marsch, du prestataire de services informatiques Netsafe, ont cl\u00f4tur\u00e9 la journ\u00e9e en pr\u00e9sentant une \u00e9tude de cas sur le th\u00e8me des cyberattaques, qui a montr\u00e9 comment une communication cibl\u00e9e peut d\u00e9samorcer une crise.<\/p>\r\n
