La recherche de contenus sur Internet s'est consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Il n'en va pas de m\u00eame pour l'intranet interne de l'entreprise : ici, le temps semble s'\u00eatre arr\u00eat\u00e9 en de nombreux endroits. Il est toujours difficile de distinguer les r\u00e9sultats essentiels des nombreux r\u00e9sultats de recherche superflus - presque comme aux d\u00e9buts d'Internet. Ces probl\u00e8mes ne cessent de s'aggraver avec la croissance exponentielle des donn\u00e9es dans les entreprises : Tous les deux ans, la quantit\u00e9 de donn\u00e9es disponibles dans l'entreprise double. Pour les collaborateurs, la recherche devient alors une qu\u00eate d'une aiguille dans une botte de foin.<\/p>\n

Moteur de recherche suisse pour l'intranet<\/h2>\n

Swisscom lance maintenant, en collaboration avec le fournisseur de logiciels suisse Hulbee, une solution centrale qui simplifie consid\u00e9rablement la recherche de documents pertinents - ind\u00e9pendamment de leur emplacement - au sein de l'entreprise et devient ainsi comparable \u00e0 la recherche sur Internet. \"Enterprise Search\" est - comme on le dit - une solution flexible et \u00e9volutive qui peut \u00eatre impl\u00e9ment\u00e9e non seulement en interne, mais aussi sur le site web de l'entreprise ou sur la boutique en ligne externe. L'avantage pour les entreprises : Elles peuvent adapter la recherche \u00e0 leurs besoins et ont la garantie de ne pas trouver de publicit\u00e9 externe dans les r\u00e9sultats. De plus, le client choisit s'il veut utiliser \"Enterprise Search\" h\u00e9berg\u00e9 dans les centres de calcul de Swisscom ou on-premise, chez lui, sur les serveurs de l'entreprise.<\/p>\n

20 pour cent plus productif <\/strong><\/h2>\n

Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, l'une des rares solutions pour les entreprises \u00e9tait le \"Google Search Appliance\" : une solution mat\u00e9rielle permettant d'utiliser la technologie de recherche Google \u00e9galement pour son propre intranet. Mais ce produit sera retir\u00e9 du march\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e. Le besoin de nouvelles solutions de recherche internes aux entreprises est donc grand. Notamment parce qu'une mauvaise recherche interne r\u00e9duit massivement la productivit\u00e9 : un collaborateur passe jusqu'\u00e0 un cinqui\u00e8me de son temps de travail \u00e0 rechercher des informations internes. Certes, de nombreuses entreprises l'ont reconnu - mais avec les syst\u00e8mes de classement de documents r\u00e9cemment introduits, c'est exactement le contraire qui s'est produit : de nouveaux lieux de classement, des formats de fichiers diff\u00e9rents et des services cloud souvent g\u00e9r\u00e9s en parall\u00e8le ne font que rendre la recherche encore plus confuse. Andreas Wiebe, CEO de Hulbee AG, d\u00e9clare : \"Il existe certes des approches de solutions, mais elles ne peuvent souvent pas s'\u00e9tablir en raison du manque de convivialit\u00e9.
