Ce n'est qu'avec une culture agile et flexible que les entreprises sont en mesure de se transformer avec succ\u00e8s. Si ces valeurs se refl\u00e8tent \u00e9galement dans la structure et sont v\u00e9cues de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente par le management, les entreprises peuvent tirer profit de la num\u00e9risation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quatre implications pertinentes ont pu \u00eatre d\u00e9duites de l'\u00e9tude :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1. l'harmonisation<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Dans tous les secteurs, il y a un manque de compr\u00e9hension commune de l'acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du changement num\u00e9rique. Pour trouver un d\u00e9nominateur commun au sein de l'entreprise, le top management (d\u00e9finition de la strat\u00e9gie), le middle management (ex\u00e9cution de la strat\u00e9gie) et finalement le client - dont les besoins doivent \u00eatre satisfaits - doivent tous avoir la m\u00eame id\u00e9e de ce que l'on entend par num\u00e9risation.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>2. orientation client<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Les besoins des clients, qui \u00e9voluent de plus en plus rapidement, ne sont souvent pas satisfaits par les nouveaux produits et services num\u00e9riques. Pour offrir une valeur ajout\u00e9e au client, il est n\u00e9cessaire de le placer au centre de l'action.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>3. perspectives externes<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00catre innovant avec les ressources existantes est l'un des plus grands d\u00e9fis. Il est donc essentiel d'apporter \u00e0 l'entreprise de nouvelles perspectives et de nouveaux talents avec de nouvelles approches.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>4) \"auto-disruption\".<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Les entreprises doivent avoir la volont\u00e9 de changer de mentalit\u00e9 et d'adopter une culture de l'erreur. Seules celles qui apprennent de leurs propres erreurs peuvent r\u00e9ussir rapidement. Suivre de nouveaux mod\u00e8les d'entreprise et remettre en question son propre succ\u00e8s n'est pas seulement une mani\u00e8re de se mettre au d\u00e9fi, mais aussi de faire progresser la transformation num\u00e9rique.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mettre en \u0153uvre des strat\u00e9gies num\u00e9riques et les transformer en initiatives mesurables<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il n'a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi pertinent de transformer les facteurs mentionn\u00e9s en une strat\u00e9gie num\u00e9rique. \"Ce n'est que lorsque le management et les attentes des clients sont align\u00e9s que les entreprises peuvent g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de la valeur ajout\u00e9e dans le domaine num\u00e9rique.
