Les personnes en possession d'un \"ancien\" dipl\u00f4me ETS ou ESCEA devraient d\u00e9sormais demander l'obtention a posteriori d'un titre HES. (Image : Tim Reckmann \/ pixelio.de)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Les \u00e9coles techniques sup\u00e9rieures (ETS) et les \u00e9coles sup\u00e9rieures de cadres pour l'\u00e9conomie et l'administration (ESCEA) sont devenues des hautes \u00e9coles sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es (HES) il y a plus de 20 ans. Depuis lors, les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s ETS et ESCEA peuvent le titre de haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e a posteriori<\/a> acqu\u00e9rir un dipl\u00f4me. Depuis 2009, les titulaires d'un titre HES peuvent utiliser simultan\u00e9ment le titre de bachelor en raison de la r\u00e9forme de Bologne. Malgr\u00e9 cela, les dipl\u00f4mes ETS et ESCEA ont \u00e9t\u00e9 jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent class\u00e9s dans la cat\u00e9gorie des actuelles \u00e9coles sup\u00e9rieures (ES) dans l'enqu\u00eate sur la structure des salaires (ESS) de l'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la statistique (OFS). Or, il serait plus correct de les classer parmi les dipl\u00f4mes HES (cat\u00e9gorie 2) ou de les pr\u00e9senter s\u00e9par\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n

Les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s ETS et ESCEA ont re\u00e7u pendant des ann\u00e9es le mauvais salaire<\/h2>\n

Tous les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s ETS et ESCEA n'ont de loin pas obtenu le titre HES par la suite. Une grande partie d'entre eux a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 class\u00e9e jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent dans la mauvaise cat\u00e9gorie salariale dans la LSE officielle. La pertinence des cat\u00e9gories ES et HES s'en est trouv\u00e9e affect\u00e9e. Tant les employeurs que les employ\u00e9s ont re\u00e7u des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences salariales incoh\u00e9rentes. Une position d\u00e9favorable des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s ETS et ESCEA n'a pas pu \u00eatre exclue.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s une Reportage de l'Aargauer Zeitung du 21.8.2017<\/a> sur cette anomalie, l'association fa\u00eeti\u00e8re FH Suisse est intervenue et a cherch\u00e9 le dialogue avec l'OFS et le Secr\u00e9tariat d'Etat \u00e0 la formation, \u00e0 la recherche et \u00e0 l'innovation (SEFRI). Les discussions ont eu un impact : le SBFI a soumis \u00e0 l'OFS une proposition visant \u00e0 classer les titres ETS\/HES dans la cat\u00e9gorie des dipl\u00f4mes HES. L'OFS a maintenant donn\u00e9 son feu vert : ils souhaitent que les informations statistiques qu'ils \u00e9tablissent refl\u00e8tent la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 le plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment possible.<\/p>\n

La nouvelle enqu\u00eate sur la structure des salaires apporte l'\u00e9galit\u00e9<\/h2>\n

A partir de l'enqu\u00eate sur la structure des salaires 2018, les dipl\u00f4mes ETS et ESCEA sont d\u00e9sormais class\u00e9s dans la cat\u00e9gorie 2. Le classement des salaires est effectu\u00e9 par les employeurs et un syst\u00e8me mis \u00e0 leur disposition. Comme il peut arriver que ce syst\u00e8me ne soit pas encore actualis\u00e9, les employeurs doivent parfois classer manuellement les dipl\u00f4mes dans la cat\u00e9gorie 2. Afin de s'assurer que les dipl\u00f4mes sont correctement attribu\u00e9s, FH Suisse continue donc de recommander aux dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s ETS et ESCEA d'utiliser le l'obtention a posteriori du titre HES<\/a> et d'en informer l'employeur.<\/p>\n
