En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, leur comportement a un impact direct sur le succ\u00e8s d'une \u00e9quipe. C'est pourquoi la plupart des cadres se consid\u00e8rent comme des donneurs de rythme pour la collaboration : 58 % des sup\u00e9rieurs interrog\u00e9s en Allemagne indiquent qu'ils donnent une direction claire \u00e0 leurs collaborateurs afin d'\u00e9viter toute incertitude.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Des symboles de r\u00e9ussite avec une vision claire de l'avenir <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Selon les r\u00e9sultats de l'\u00e9tude, la plupart des cadres ont une attitude confiante vis-\u00e0-vis de leur r\u00f4le. Sept personnes interrog\u00e9es sur dix partent du principe que leurs collaborateurs les consid\u00e8rent comme un symbole de r\u00e9ussite et de performance. Ils sont tout aussi nombreux \u00e0 penser qu'ils ont une vision de l'avenir qui stimule les collaborateurs. Cependant, cette vision ne semble pas toujours avoir un rapport avec le th\u00e8me d'avenir dominant qu'est la num\u00e9risation - le fait de participer soi-m\u00eame au d\u00e9veloppement et \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre d'une strat\u00e9gie de num\u00e9risation ne concerne qu'\u00e0 peine la moiti\u00e9 des cadres.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les chefs ne veulent pas surveiller<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les sup\u00e9rieurs sont plut\u00f4t r\u00e9ticents \u00e0 communiquer des avantages et des messages positifs. 43 % informent leurs collaborateurs de ce qu'ils recevront s'ils satisfont aux exigences de l'employeur. Mais la confiance des cadres dans leurs \u00e9quipes semble de toute fa\u00e7on \u00eatre grande. C'est ce que montrent deux r\u00e9sultats de l'\u00e9tude de StepStone et Kienbaum. D'une part, la majorit\u00e9 des patrons partent du principe que leurs collaborateurs peuvent aussi s'organiser de mani\u00e8re autonome (64 pour cent).
