L'enqu\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e par le d\u00e9partement Hay Group de Korn Ferry et se base sur des sondages r\u00e9alis\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s de 350 entreprises et 6,8 millions de salari\u00e9s. \"Selon les estimations, les Millennials repr\u00e9senteront d'ici 2025 environ 75% des effectifs et constitueront par cons\u00e9quent une v\u00e9ritable force. Il s'agit d'une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration hautement \u00e9duqu\u00e9e et techniquement exp\u00e9riment\u00e9e\", explique Stefan Baldenweg, Senior Client Partner du Korn Ferry Hay Group. Les principales conclusions de l'\u00e9tude sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n

Feedback et possibilit\u00e9s d'avancement<\/strong><\/h2>\n

  • 71% des Millennials estiment que leurs sup\u00e9rieurs directs soutiennent leur d\u00e9veloppement. Pour l'ensemble du personnel, seuls 63% environ sont de cet avis.<\/li>\n
  • Les millennials sont plus nombreux \u00e0 d\u00e9clarer que le feedback qu'ils re\u00e7oivent de leurs sup\u00e9rieurs les aide \u00e0 s'am\u00e9liorer - 67% contre 63% pour l'ensemble de la main-d'\u0153uvre.<\/li>\n
  • La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration du mill\u00e9naire estime \u00e9galement que les bons r\u00e9sultats sont reconnus de mani\u00e8re ad\u00e9quate. C'est ce qu'ont confirm\u00e9 67%. Pour l'ensemble du personnel, ce chiffre \u00e9tait de 63%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Croyance et valeurs<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    • 78% des personnes n\u00e9es entre 1980 et 2000 sont positives quant aux perspectives de r\u00e9ussite de leur employeur dans les deux ou trois prochaines ann\u00e9es, contre 72% pour l'ensemble des salari\u00e9s.<\/li>\n
    • Pour les Millennials, il est plus important que pour l'ensemble du personnel que leur entreprise traite les collaborateurs avec respect. C'est ce qu'ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 82% de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration des Millennials par rapport \u00e0 79% de l'ensemble des salari\u00e9s.<\/li>\n
    • 80% des Millennials soutiennent le fait que leurs employeurs appr\u00e9cient et encouragent la diversit\u00e9. 77% de l'ensemble du personnel avaient le m\u00eame sentiment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \"Les membres de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration du mill\u00e9naire veulent plus que des paroles en l'air. Ils veulent que leurs employeurs agissent aussi de mani\u00e8re sociale et \u00e9thique. Les Millennials veulent des preuves que l'entreprise attache une grande importance \u00e0 faire ce qui est juste\", explique Stefan Baldenweg.<\/p>\n

      Les millennials demandent des d\u00e9fis et de la reconnaissance<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      Alors que les Millennials ont montr\u00e9 une plus grande approbation dans de nombreux domaines, l'analyse du Korn Ferry Hay Group a montr\u00e9 que les personnes de cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration s'efforcent de d\u00e9montrer leurs capacit\u00e9s et d'\u00eatre r\u00e9compens\u00e9es pour leurs efforts.<\/p>\n

      • Compar\u00e9s \u00e0 l'ensemble de la main-d'\u0153uvre, les millennials sont moins susceptibles de d\u00e9clarer que leurs employeurs font bon usage de leurs comp\u00e9tences et aptitudes - 71% contre 74% pour l'ensemble de la main-d'\u0153uvre.<\/li>\n
      • Seuls 47% des Millennials pensent qu'ils sont pay\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re \u00e9quitable pour leur travail. Avec 50%, la moiti\u00e9 de l'effectif total pensait \u00eatre correctement r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/li>\n
      • Certains peuvent penser que les millennials agit\u00e9s sont \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la tendance au job-hopping, et dans une certaine mesure, c'est vrai. L'\u00e9tude de Korn Ferry montre que la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration du mill\u00e9naire est moins susceptible d'avoir l'intention de rester plus de cinq ans chez son employeur actuel - 48% d'entre eux contre 60% pour l'ensemble des employ\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
