Pour ce faire, elle a lanc\u00e9 en mai une\u00a0<a href=\"\/\/www.parlament.ch\/de\/ratsbetrieb\/suche-curia-vista\/geschaeft?AffairId=20200433\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">initiative parlementaire<\/a>\u00a0et a mis en place une sous-commission \u00e0 ce sujet. La sous-commission doit \"examiner de mani\u00e8re approfondie les diff\u00e9rentes demandes de l'initiative et \u00e9laborer, avec la participation des branches concern\u00e9es, un avant-projet \u00e0 l'intention de la commission pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re\", peut-on lire dans un communiqu\u00e9 de presse.\u00a0<a href=\"\/\/www.parlament.ch\/press-releases\/Pages\/mm-urek-n-2020-08-11.aspx?lang=1031\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Communiqu\u00e9<\/a>\u00a0de la commission de l'environnement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">L'initiative de la Commission de l'environnement pr\u00e9voit entre autres que les d\u00e9chets doivent \u00eatre recycl\u00e9s tant que cela est techniquement faisable et \u00e9conomiquement supportable. Cela concerne en particulier les m\u00e9taux, les mat\u00e9riaux de construction et le phosphore. La Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration devrait \u00e9galement pouvoir obliger les fabricants et les commer\u00e7ants \u00e0 utiliser des emballages en mat\u00e9riaux recyclables. En outre, elle devrait g\u00e9rer une plateforme de promotion de l'\u00e9conomie circulaire suisse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">La commission de l'environnement du Conseil des Etats soutient l'initiative de la commission du Conseil national. Elle doit toutefois pr\u00e9senter \"des conditions-cadres innovantes et porteuses d'avenir, qui s'appuient sur les besoins de l'\u00e9conomie et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9\", \u00e9crit-elle dans une\u00a0<a href=\"\/\/www.parlament.ch\/press-releases\/Pages\/mm-urek-s-2020-06-23.aspx?lang=1031\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Communiqu\u00e9 de presse<\/a>\u00a0en juin.
