(Graphique : Hays)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 l'orientation internationale de nombreuses entreprises, les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s suisses recherchent de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence des collaborateurs en Suisse ou dans les pays germanophones : seules 16% des entreprises recrutent dans les pays europ\u00e9ens, et \u00e0 peine 15% dans le monde entier. C'est ce que montrent les r\u00e9sultats du HR Report 2018, pour lequel le prestataire de services en ressources humaines Hays et l'Institut f\u00fcr Besch\u00e4ftigung und Employability (IBE) ont interrog\u00e9 ensemble plus de 1000 organisations en Allemagne, en Autriche et en Suisse. Le th\u00e8me principal de cette ann\u00e9e est \"l'organisation agile\".<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises suisses qui recherchent des collaborateurs en dehors de leurs fronti\u00e8res continuent de le faire en premier lieu dans les pays germanophones (46 pour cent) et en Europe de l'Ouest (27 pour cent). Dans l'ensemble de l'espace germanophone, la demande de personnel qualifi\u00e9 en provenance d'Europe du Nord et du Sud n'a augment\u00e9 que de mani\u00e8re marginale par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Toutefois, l'importance du recrutement suprar\u00e9gional et international augmente avec la taille croissante des entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Un obstacle de taille sur la voie d'une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/gerangel-um-verantwortung-blockiert-agilitaet-im-unternehmen\/\">organisation agile<\/a> sont la gestion des nouveaux collaborateurs et l'adaptation de la culture de direction.
