(Photo : Thomas Berner)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La tension parmi les quelque 1000 invit\u00e9s pr\u00e9sents dans la halle de l'Olma \u00e9tait palpable lorsque les repr\u00e9sentants des deux derniers finalistes sont mont\u00e9s sur sc\u00e8ne et ont attendu qu'Andreas Gerber, pr\u00e9sident du Swiss Venture Club (SVC), ouvre l'enveloppe contenant le nom du gagnant. Interrog\u00e9 par l'animateur Marco Fritsche sur son sentiment, Reto Z\u00fcrcher, membre du CA et CEO de HB-Therm, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \"C'est merveilleux que le premier prix revienne certainement \u00e0 une entreprise de l'industrie des mati\u00e8res plastiques\". Il a certes d\u00fb s'avouer vaincu par son co-finaliste Romeo Corvaglia, propri\u00e9taire et PDG du groupe Corvaglia, ce qu'il a constat\u00e9 en ces termes : \"On se sent un peu frustr\u00e9 que cela n'ait pas suffi pour nous de justesse, mais toutes nos f\u00e9licitations au gagnant\".<\/p>\n<h2>Des bouchons pour des groupes mondiaux<\/h2>\n<p>Et ce gagnant s'appelle Corvaglia Holding AG. L'entreprise, dont le si\u00e8ge est \u00e0 Eschlikon (Thurgovie), fournit des solutions de fermeture pour les bouteilles en PET \u00e0 de grandes multinationales de renom. \"Parti de rien, Romeo Corvaglia a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une entreprise qui a laiss\u00e9 notre jury dans un \u00e9tonnement respectueux. Lui et son \u00e9quipe ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une entreprise active au niveau mondial, avec aujourd'hui 275 collaborateurs, 18 apprentis, des produits tr\u00e8s innovants et des centres de production en Suisse, aux \u00c9tats-Unis et au Mexique\", a expliqu\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident du jury, le professeur Thomas Zellweger, directeur du Center for Family Business de l'universit\u00e9 de Saint-Gall, dans son \u00e9loge au vainqueur. L'entreprise couvre l'ensemble de la cha\u00eene de processus enti\u00e8rement int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, de la conception et du d\u00e9veloppement de bouchons, de la fabrication de moules, de la production de bouchons jusqu'\u00e0 l'application et l'assistance technique.<\/p>\n<h2>\"Made in Suisse orientale\"<\/h2>\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me entreprise class\u00e9e, HB-Therm AG, produit des r\u00e9gulateurs de temp\u00e9rature pour le processus de moulage par injection. Le jury consid\u00e8re \u00e9galement cette entreprise comme un \"champion cach\u00e9\". Le comit\u00e9 d'experts a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement impressionn\u00e9 par \"l'\u00e9quipe extr\u00eamement engag\u00e9e\" et \"l'accent mis sans compromis sur l'innovation et la qualit\u00e9\". Il est particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressant de noter que l'entreprise produit exclusivement sur son site de Saint-Gall et qu'elle consid\u00e8re l'internalisation comme une pierre angulaire strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n<p>La troisi\u00e8me place est occup\u00e9e par Namics AG, \u00e9galement bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Saint-Gall. Namics fait partie des principales agences num\u00e9riques offrant un service complet dans le domaine du commerce \u00e9lectronique, des sites web et des portails ainsi que de la communication num\u00e9rique. Le jury compos\u00e9 de 13 experts a s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 les six finalistes parmi une liste de 150 entreprises au cours d'une proc\u00e9dure en plusieurs \u00e9tapes. Le choix s'est port\u00e9 sur des entreprises des deux Appenzell, de Glaris, des Grisons, de Saint-Gall et de Thurgovie.<\/p>\n<p>Dans l'ensemble, la remise du Prix SVC Ostschweiz 2018 a permis de constater une fois de plus que les entreprises suisses parviennent toujours \u00e0 se hisser parmi les leaders mondiaux dans des niches.
