Il a une recommandation claire \u00e0 faire aux employeurs pour lutter contre la p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9 dans le domaine informatique : Proposer des stages. Le co\u00fbt \u00e0 court terme de l'encadrement est plus que compens\u00e9 par l'avantage durable sur le march\u00e9 du personnel.<\/p>\r\n

Nadja Schnetzler, coach en travail d'\u00e9quipe et experte en Purpose, a donn\u00e9 un aper\u00e7u de son guide pratique r\u00e9cemment paru \"Zusammenarbeit im Flow\". Ce livre, r\u00e9dig\u00e9 en collaboration avec Laurent Burst, fournit des outils \u00e9prouv\u00e9s pour une culture d'\u00e9quipe r\u00e9ussie. La notion de flow s'y r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00eatre un life hack permettant d'\u00e9tablir l'\u00e9quilibre entre le moi, le nous et le travail. Le public a appris de premi\u00e8re main comment l'entreprise d'utilit\u00e9 publique marque des points sur le march\u00e9 du travail avec des vacances et d'autres avantages - et pourquoi le c\u0153ur dans la publicit\u00e9 de Liebenau est plus qu'un ornement. Ses propos ont \u00e9t\u00e9 illustr\u00e9s par la campagne Employer actuelle, cr\u00e9\u00e9e en collaboration avec Festland.<\/p>\r\n
