Raffaele De Rosa, n\u00e9 en 1973, est un conseiller d'\u00c9tat tessinois. Depuis avril 2019, il est directeur du D\u00e9partement de la sant\u00e9 et des affaires sociales et conseiller d'\u00c9tat dans le canton du Tessin. C'est la deuxi\u00e8me fois qu'il occupe un poste au gouvernement tessinois. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa vaste formation \u00e9conomique - y compris l'obtention d'un doctorat - et \u00e0 sa longue exp\u00e9rience dans l'\u00e9conomie priv\u00e9e, tant en Suisse qu'\u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger, il apporte de vastes connaissances au conseil de fondation.<\/p>\r\n

Politiquement actif depuis 2000, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 maire de la commune de Riviera de 2017 \u00e0 2019, date \u00e0 laquelle il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu au gouvernement cantonal. Au niveau cantonal, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 membre du Grand Conseil du canton du Tessin entre 2003 et 2019. Il s'est en outre engag\u00e9 dans de nombreuses commissions, dont la Commission administrative et financi\u00e8re, qu'il a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e de 2018 \u00e0 2019.<\/p>\r\n

Le conseiller d'\u00c9tat tessinois apporte une combinaison impressionnante de connaissances sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es et d'exp\u00e9rience politique. \"Nous sommes tr\u00e8s heureux d'accueillir Raffaele De Rosa en tant que nouveau pr\u00e9sident du conseil de fondation. Nouvelles priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques pour Promotion Sant\u00e9 Suisse \u00e0 partir de 2025<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

L'\u00e9lection de De Rosa marque \u00e9galement le d\u00e9but d'une nouvelle p\u00e9riode strat\u00e9gique pour la fondation. L'objectif de Promotion Sant\u00e9 Suisse est d'am\u00e9liorer de mani\u00e8re mesurable et \u00e0 long terme la sant\u00e9 de la population en Suisse, d'informer les gens et de leur donner les moyens d'adopter un mode de vie sain, ainsi que de renforcer les conditions sociales qui soutiennent ce processus.<\/p>\r\n

Sur la base d'un bilan r\u00e9jouissant du travail effectu\u00e9 jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, Promotion Sant\u00e9 Suisse mise sur la continuit\u00e9 pour les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir. Parall\u00e8lement, elle \u00e9largit ses priorit\u00e9s. Ainsi, les programmes d'action cantonaux seront compl\u00e9t\u00e9s par des projets pilotes pour adultes, r\u00e9pondant ainsi \u00e0 un besoin des cantons. Dans le domaine de la pr\u00e9vention, l'objectif est de financer durablement des projets qui ont fait leurs preuves. La gestion de la sant\u00e9 en entreprise sera adapt\u00e9e aux exigences futures, en particulier pour les PME.<\/p>\r\n

\"C'est pour moi une grande joie, un honneur et une motivation de pouvoir me mettre au service d'une fondation aussi importante que Promotion Sant\u00e9 Suisse. Pour moi, il est essentiel de diffuser une image positive de la sant\u00e9 et de m'engager pour la promotion du bien-\u00eatre physique, psychique et social des personnes et des communaut\u00e9s. Il est tout aussi important pour moi de soutenir les programmes et les projets de promotion de la sant\u00e9 et de pr\u00e9vention qui favorisent le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences individuelles, l'inclusion, l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 et la participation des personnes et des communaut\u00e9s. Pour ce faire, il convient de soutenir une approche globale et transversale avec des actions \u00e0 tous les niveaux, \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes de la vie et dans tous les milieux. Il s'agit d'impliquer toutes les parties prenantes et de renforcer les nombreuses organisations et associations actives sur le terrain\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Raffaele De Rosa \u00e0 propos de son \u00e9lection.<\/p>\r\n

Raffaele De Rosa reprend le flambeau de Guido Graf, qui a marqu\u00e9 le r\u00f4le de pr\u00e9sident du conseil de fondation pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es avec beaucoup d'engagement et de clairvoyance. L'ancien conseiller d'\u00c9tat du canton de Lucerne a \u00e9galement dirig\u00e9 la fondation \u00e0 travers des p\u00e9riodes difficiles comme la pand\u00e9mie de coronavirus et a donn\u00e9 de pr\u00e9cieuses impulsions. La fondation remercie chaleureusement Guido Graf pour son engagement et sa contribution marquante \u00e0 la promotion de la sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention en Suisse.<\/p>\r\n
