(Image : www.servicevalue.de)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3><strong>M\u00e9thode<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le classement des champions des prix repose sur une enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s des clients et se fait sans la participation des fournisseurs \u00e0 \u00e9valuer. Il est demand\u00e9 concr\u00e8tement dans quelle mesure les entreprises ou les marques peuvent enthousiasmer par la structure de leurs prix. Sur la base des r\u00e9ponses des personnes interrog\u00e9es, un \"Price Structuring Score\" (PSS) individuel est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 pour chaque entreprise \u00e9valu\u00e9e. Les entreprises dont le PSS est nettement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne sont class\u00e9es parmi les m\u00e9dailles (or, argent et bronze) dans un classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de toutes les entreprises \u00e9tudi\u00e9es. Les entreprises qui, au sein de leur secteur, pr\u00e9sentent en outre le score d'enthousiasme des clients le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour leur structure tarifaire sont d\u00e9sign\u00e9es comme gagnantes du secteur.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Classes de distinction et fournisseurs ayant obtenu les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Au total, 100 entreprises sont class\u00e9es en or, argent ou bronze. Cinquante-sept entreprises et fournisseurs sont en outre d\u00e9sign\u00e9s gagnants du secteur \u00e0 leurs rangs respectifs.
