Qu'est-ce qui incite les collaborateurs \u00e0 conserver leur emploi ou \u00e0 le quitter ? Et quelle entreprise les Suisses consid\u00e8rent-ils comme l'employeur le plus attractif du pays ? Ces questions sont analys\u00e9es dans l'\u00e9tude Employer Branding et trouveront une r\u00e9ponse le 25 avril lors de la Randstad Award Night.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Nouveau vainqueur<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, il y a eu trois fois le m\u00eame gagnant : Google Suisse. Il est donc d\u00e9j\u00e0 clair qu'il y aura un nouvel employeur le plus attractif en 2018. En effet, le r\u00e8glement stipule qu'une entreprise ne peut gagner que trois fois en cinq ans. Le nom du gagnant de cette ann\u00e9e sera annonc\u00e9 le 25 avril.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Le Randstad Award - reconnaissance et motivation<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Le Randstad Award est le prix qui est d\u00e9cern\u00e9 chaque ann\u00e9e \u00e0 l'entreprise ayant la meilleure image en tant qu'employeur. Pour les gagnants, il repr\u00e9sente la reconnaissance du soin apport\u00e9 \u00e0 leur marque. Mais le prix doit aussi \u00eatre une motivation pour toutes les entreprises \u00e0 travailler en permanence et intensivement sur leur image d'employeur attractif.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<h2>Une \u00e9tude compl\u00e8te sur la marque employeur<\/h2>\n<p>Dans le cadre d'une recherche mondiale sur la marque employeur, des collaborateurs potentiels \u00e2g\u00e9s de 18 \u00e0 65 ans sont interrog\u00e9s sur l'attractivit\u00e9 des 150 plus grandes entreprises de leur pays. Il en r\u00e9sulte finalement l'employeur le plus attractif de Suisse, qui se voit d\u00e9cerner le Randstad Award lors d'un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de r\u00e9seautage exclusif.
