Dans ce classement, la Suisse fait p\u00e2le figure : en 2015, elle n'a produit que 167 kWh d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 solaire et \u00e9olienne par habitant. Cela repr\u00e9sente \u00e0 peine 2 % de la consommation annuelle par habitant en Suisse et nettement moins que ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 produit dans les pays voisins. Si tous les projets figurant sur la liste d'attente de la RPC \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, la Suisse se situerait tout de m\u00eame dans la moyenne europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voiture-balai Suisse<\/strong><br \/>\nEn comparaison avec les pays environnants, la Suisse occupe la derni\u00e8re place. M\u00eame des pays pr\u00e9sentant des conditions g\u00e9ographiques similaires \u00e0 la Suisse, comme la R\u00e9publique tch\u00e8que (avec m\u00eame moins d'heures d'ensoleillement) et l'Autriche (un pays enclav\u00e9 avec une population similaire), produisent plus d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 partir du vent et du soleil. Dans le contexte europ\u00e9en, la Suisse n'est pas mieux lotie : seules la Slov\u00e9nie, la Slovaquie, la Hongrie et la Lettonie produisent encore moins d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de l'\u00e9nergie solaire et \u00e9olienne. La Suisse a tout de m\u00eame gagn\u00e9 une place depuis 2014. Mais jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, la politique freine le d\u00e9veloppement. Le financement de nombreuses centrales solaires et \u00e9oliennes est bloqu\u00e9. Sur la liste d'attente pour la r\u00e9tribution \u00e0 prix co\u00fbtant du courant inject\u00e9 (RPC), plus de 37 000 projets attendent d'\u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s. Ceux-ci pourraient produire au total plus de trois t\u00e9rawattheures d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 par an. La production annuelle de la centrale nucl\u00e9aire de Beznau 1, actuellement d\u00e9connect\u00e9e du r\u00e9seau pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, serait ainsi d\u00e9j\u00e0 remplac\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sans liste d'attente, dans la moyenne europ\u00e9enne<\/strong><br \/>\nLe suppl\u00e9ment r\u00e9seau pour le financement de ces projets est actuellement plafonn\u00e9 \u00e0 1,3 centime par kilowattheure. Il n'est donc pas possible de r\u00e9duire la liste d'attente de la RPC. La strat\u00e9gie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique 2050 apporte une l\u00e9g\u00e8re am\u00e9lioration : avec un maximum l\u00e9gal plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de 2,3 centimes par kilowattheure, la liste d'attente pourrait \u00eatre en grande partie r\u00e9sorb\u00e9e. Cela en vaut la peine : si ces projets \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis en \u0153uvre maintenant, la Suisse se placerait tout de m\u00eame dans la moyenne europ\u00e9enne et atteindrait le 12e rang sur 29 pour l'ensemble de l'Europe, et m\u00eame le 5e rang sur 9 en comparaison avec les pays voisins. \"La SES demande donc au Parlement suisse d'adopter la Strat\u00e9gie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique 2050 lors du vote final, afin de sortir la Suisse de son embarrassante derni\u00e8re place sur la liste\", d\u00e9clare Myriam Planzer, responsable de projet \u00e0 la SES.<\/p>\n<p>(SES)<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die SES hat die pro Kopf-Produktion von Solar- und Windkraftstrom der europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4nder miteinander verglichen.
