En 2016, pr\u00e8s de 318 000 personnes ont travaill\u00e9 dans le cadre de contrats de travail temporaires, soit quatre fois plus qu'en 1993. Avec la num\u00e9risation, l'emploi fixe classique perd de plus en plus d'importance, tandis que le travail temporaire et \u00e0 dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e est de plus en plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>L'embauche \u00e0 la demande est de plus en plus r\u00e9pandue<\/h2>\n<p>\"La num\u00e9risation modifie la relation de travail entre les employeurs et les employ\u00e9s. Les professionnels mettent leurs comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 disposition pendant un certain temps et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient ainsi de plus de flexibilit\u00e9 et d'ind\u00e9pendance.
