Coop a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne pas renouveler le contrat de franchise avec The Body Shop Switzerland. Cette d\u00e9cision fait suite \u00e0 une analyse approfondie qui a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que le positionnement unique de la marque sur le march\u00e9, tel qu'il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9fini \u00e0 l'origine par le franchiseur, n'existe plus aujourd'hui. \"Le programme de revitalisation du franchiseur n'a pas pu produire l'effet escompt\u00e9, malgr\u00e9 les efforts intensifs et le grand engagement des collaborateurs\", explique Coop.<\/p>\r\n

Les 33 surfaces de vente de The Body Shop Switzerland seront lib\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de mai 2025. Coop examine actuellement comment ces surfaces peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re optimale par d'autres formats sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s au sein de la coop\u00e9rative. Des offres de r\u00e9emploi au sein du groupe Coop ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9es pour les 108 collaborateurs de The Body Shop Switzerland.<\/p>\r\n

En mettant fin au contrat de franchise, Coop fait preuve de flexibilit\u00e9 et de volont\u00e9 de r\u00e9agir \u00e0 l'\u00e9volution des conditions du march\u00e9.
