Elles montrent de mani\u00e8re exemplaire que la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 constitue un facteur cl\u00e9 de succ\u00e8s sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n

Mais que faut-il pour que les entreprises accordent suffisamment de place \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 ? Et en faire l'affaire du chef ? \"Les entreprises ont besoin de compagnons de voyage qui les soutiennent sur cette voie\", explique Thomas Aerni, partenaire et Lead Strategy chez Comm-unity. Ceux-ci doivent d'une part comprendre la cha\u00eene de cr\u00e9ation de valeur, d'autre part \u00eatre en mesure de donner de nouvelles impulsions - et de les traduire en solutions r\u00e9alisables. \"C'est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pour cela que nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 notre nouveau mod\u00e8le d'agence, Comm-unity creative collective AG\".<\/p>\r\n

Comm-unity est n\u00e9e de la fusion des agences Basel West Unternehmensskommunikation, Sagbar, Visuelle Fabrik et Aerni Digital Solutions. La plus ancienne de ses racines remonte \u00e0 1969, lorsqu'Albin Kirchhofer a fond\u00e9 le pr\u00e9curseur de Basel West. Tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t, il a mis\u00e9 sur le marketing de contenu, raison pour laquelle Comm-unity se consid\u00e8re comme un pionnier suisse dans ce domaine.<\/p>\r\n

La communaut\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que la hi\u00e9rarchie<\/h2>\r\n

\"Notre collaboration n'est pas le fruit d'un coup de t\u00eate, mais s'est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re organique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des projets communs\", explique Aerni. \"Nous sommes convaincus que le collectif nous permet de gagner en force - gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, \u00e0 la collaboration, \u00e0 la communication et \u00e0 la pens\u00e9e critique\".<\/p>\r\n

Les quatre propri\u00e9taires Thomas Aerni (Lead Strategy), Stephan Lehmann-Maldonado (Lead Content), Roman Albertini (Lead Design) et Michael Aerni (Lead Digital) forment l'\u00e9quipe de direction. Chacun a derri\u00e8re lui une carri\u00e8re d'entrepreneur r\u00e9ussie et est un expert dans sa discipline. \"Chacun de nous ma\u00eetrise des instruments diff\u00e9rents. Pour nous, l'art consiste \u00e0 ne pas se contenter de jouer des notes sur une feuille, mais \u00e0 improviser collectivement.
