Delica poursuit sa collaboration avec Promotion-Tools, qui dure depuis trois ans. Apr\u00e8s un pitch r\u00e9ussi, Promotion-Tools a remport\u00e9 le contrat pour une ann\u00e9e suppl\u00e9mentaire. L'objectif du partenariat est de convaincre les clients de la qualit\u00e9 des produits \"CoffeeB\" et de renforcer les ventes par des d\u00e9gustations et des formations telles que la Delica Sales Academy.<\/p>\r\n

Chaque ann\u00e9e, Promotion-Tools r\u00e9alise environ 1500 interventions, notamment dans des magasins Migros, chez Manor, Fust et MediaMarkt. La Sales Academy s'est \u00e9tablie comme un instrument cl\u00e9 dans ce contexte : Les talents de vente sont encourag\u00e9s par des formations et un syst\u00e8me de leaderboard, ce qui fait le succ\u00e8s de la promotion des ventes, notamment dans les magasins d'\u00e9lectronique comme Fust et MediaMarkt.<\/p>\r\n

En 2025, la Sales Academy sera \u00e9tendue \u00e0 toutes les cat\u00e9gories de Delica et optimis\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un reporting bas\u00e9 sur les donn\u00e9es.
