C'est pourquoi les poussi\u00e8res fines sont class\u00e9es comme canc\u00e9rig\u00e8nes par le Centre international de recherche sur le cancer (CIRC) de l'OMS depuis 2013.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Comparaison de deux approches en mati\u00e8re d'hygi\u00e8ne de l'air<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">En Suisse, les poussi\u00e8res fines sont r\u00e9glement\u00e9es par des valeurs limites d'immission scientifiquement fond\u00e9es, alors que pour les autres substances canc\u00e9rig\u00e8nes, le principe de minimisation est appliqu\u00e9, en partant d'un \"risque accept\u00e9\" d'un d\u00e9c\u00e8s par million d'habitants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">La Commission f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de l'hygi\u00e8ne de l'air (<a href=\"\/\/www.ekl.admin.ch\">EKL<\/a>) a, dans son rapport qui vient d'\u00eatre publi\u00e9 <a href=\"\/\/www.ekl.admin.ch\/inhalte\/ekl-dateien\/dokumentation\/EKL-Immissionsgrenzwerte-und-akzeptierte-Risiken_de.pdf\">\"Valeurs limites d'immissions et risques accept\u00e9s : Comparaison de deux concepts d'hygi\u00e8ne de l'air pour les poussi\u00e8res fines et le cancer du poumon\".<\/a> compar\u00e9 et \u00e9valu\u00e9 les deux approches \u00e0 partir de l'exemple du cancer du poumon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">La CFHA conclut que les valeurs limites d'immission pour les poussi\u00e8res fines sont sup\u00e9rieures au concept de \"risque accept\u00e9\" pour la politique de protection de l'air. Selon la CFHA, les valeurs limites d'immission constituent un instrument pragmatique, transparent et efficace pour une protection de l'air efficace et orient\u00e9e vers les r\u00e9sultats. La CFHA recommande de continuer \u00e0 \u00e9valuer les poussi\u00e8res fines au moyen de valeurs limites d'immission et de les adapter si n\u00e9cessaire.
