En premi\u00e8re instance, le tribunal cantonal de Zoug a majoritairement accept\u00e9 la plainte de Jolanda Spiess-Hegglin contre Ringier pour remise de b\u00e9n\u00e9fices. Le jugement pr\u00e9voit que Ringier verse \u00e0 la plaignante CHF 309'531 sur les CHF 431'527 r\u00e9clam\u00e9s. Ringier d\u00e9plore toutefois que la d\u00e9cision ait largement ignor\u00e9 les chiffres d'affaires publi\u00e9s et une expertise de PwC. Selon Ringier, le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice effectivement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 s'\u00e9l\u00e8verait \u00e0 une fraction de la somme allou\u00e9e.<\/p>\r\n

La mani\u00e8re dont les faits ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9s \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque est l'expression d'un style de boulevard dur que le Blick ne pratique plus depuis longtemps, et c'est une bonne chose\".<\/p>\r\n

En 2020 d\u00e9j\u00e0, le tribunal cantonal de Zoug avait confirm\u00e9 que le Blick avait viol\u00e9 les droits de la personnalit\u00e9 de l'ancienne d\u00e9put\u00e9e cantonale avec son reportage de l'\u00e9poque - un jugement que Ringier avait accept\u00e9. Du point de vue de l'entreprise de m\u00e9dias, le jugement qui vient d'\u00eatre rendu sur la restitution des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices est dangereux : \"Ce jugement met en danger la libert\u00e9 des m\u00e9dias dans notre pays\", affirme Heimgartner. \"Si le journalisme est menac\u00e9 de telles amendes, la volont\u00e9 de faire des reportages critiques sera fortement limit\u00e9e\".<\/p>\r\n
