L'utilisation de l'intelligence artificielle (IA) a \u00e9galement gagn\u00e9 en importance dans la formation continue. Dans son \u00e9tude de recherche Focus Formation continue, la FSEA montre comment les prestataires utilisent actuellement l'IA. Les r\u00e9sultats se basent sur l'enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s des prestataires au printemps 2024, \u00e0 laquelle 423 organisations des trois r\u00e9gions linguistiques ont particip\u00e9.<\/p>\n

L'enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s des prestataires montre que l'IA est utilis\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re diff\u00e9rente dans les organisations de formation continue suisses. 32% des organisations de formation continue utilisent d\u00e9j\u00e0 l'IA, 13% pr\u00e9voient de l'utiliser. Environ un quart d'entre eux excluent toute utilisation dans un avenir proche.<\/p>\n

L'IA est le plus souvent utilis\u00e9e dans des domaines tels que le marketing et la communication, ainsi que dans des contextes d'enseignement et d'apprentissage. Le recours \u00e0 des outils de traitement du langage tels que ChatGPT, DeepL ou Gemini est particuli\u00e8rement fr\u00e9quent, ces outils \u00e9tant le plus souvent utilis\u00e9s pour la cr\u00e9ation de mat\u00e9riel d'apprentissage.<\/p>\n

De grandes attentes pour l'individualisation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Les r\u00e9sultats de l'enqu\u00eate montrent clairement que la majorit\u00e9 des prestataires sont positifs vis-\u00e0-vis de l'IA. Environ deux tiers d'entre eux estiment que l'IA aura un effet positif sur la qualit\u00e9 des offres de formation continue. Nombreux sont ceux qui esp\u00e8rent en particulier un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice pour l'individualisation des settings d'enseignement et d'apprentissage.<\/p>\n

Parall\u00e8lement, 60% des organisations estiment que les risques \u00e9thiques sont importants, notamment en ce qui concerne la protection des donn\u00e9es et le remplacement potentiel des enseignants par l'IA.<\/p>\n

Les comp\u00e9tences sont un probl\u00e8me<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Un facteur important pour une utilisation r\u00e9ussie de l'IA est la comp\u00e9tence du personnel de formation continue. Au printemps 2024, seules 39% des organisations ont indiqu\u00e9 que leurs collaborateurs disposaient de comp\u00e9tences suffisantes. En m\u00eame temps, le personnel fait preuve d'une grande ouverture : dans 80 pour cent des organisations, il est pr\u00eat \u00e0 int\u00e9grer l'IA dans son travail.<\/p>\n

Pour faire face \u00e0 l'\u00e9volution des exigences en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences, 44% des organisations ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 propos\u00e9 des formations continues \u00e0 leur personnel. Le contenu va de l'introduction de base \u00e0 l'IA \u00e0 des applications sp\u00e9cifiques dans des contextes d'enseignement et d'apprentissage.<\/p>\n

Vers l'enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s des fournisseurs<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Les r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s se basent sur une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par la FSEA aupr\u00e8s des prestataires de formation continue professionnelle et g\u00e9n\u00e9rale\/culturelle ainsi qu'aupr\u00e8s des prestataires dans le domaine des comp\u00e9tences de base. Les donn\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 collect\u00e9es au moyen d'un sondage en ligne dans toutes les r\u00e9gions linguistiques en allemand, fran\u00e7ais et italien entre le 30 avril et le 28 mai 2024. L'\u00e9chantillon net de l'\u00e9tude comprend 423 prestataires.<\/p>\n

46 pour cent des organisations interrog\u00e9es sont des petits prestataires, 47 pour cent des moyens et 8 pour cent des grands. Pour 62 pour cent des organisations, la formation continue est l'objectif principal et pour 38 pour cent l'objectif secondaire. 41 pour cent sont actifs en Suisse al\u00e9manique, 31 pour cent en Suisse romande, 5 pour cent en Suisse italienne et 23 pour cent sont des prestataires suprar\u00e9gionaux.<\/p>\n
