L'enqu\u00eate, men\u00e9e tous les trimestres depuis le d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e 2024, fournit des informations sur les attitudes des travailleurs. En moyenne, les personnes actives en Suisse souhaitent travailler 35,4 heures par semaine - moins que la semaine classique de 40 heures, mais plus qu'en Autriche (33,3 heures) et en Allemagne (32 heures). Le home office reste \u00e9galement demand\u00e9 : ceux qui ont la possibilit\u00e9 de travailler \u00e0 distance pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent en moyenne un pourcentage de 45%, ce qui correspond \u00e0 environ deux jours par semaine.<\/p>\r\n

L'acceptation des longs trajets domicile-travail est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e en Suisse que dans les pays voisins : Les personnes interrog\u00e9es indiquent une distance maximale de 32 kilom\u00e8tres entre leur domicile et leur lieu de travail, alors que cette distance est d'environ 22 kilom\u00e8tres en Allemagne et en Autriche.<\/p>\r\n

\"Work hard, play hard\" (travailler dur, jouer dur)<\/h3>\r\n

Pr\u00e8s des deux tiers de la population active suisse s'identifient bien \u00e0 la philosophie \"travailler dur, bien vivre\" (65%). Et d'obtenir une nouvelle valeur de pointe dans la comparaison entre trois pays (Autriche : 62% ; Allemagne : 58%). \"L'engagement et la performance sont toujours consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des valeurs importantes en Suisse. Mais nos donn\u00e9es montrent aussi que l'accent se d\u00e9place de plus en plus des mod\u00e8les de carri\u00e8re classiques vers des mod\u00e8les de travail plus flexibles\", explique Roland Zeindler, directeur de Marketagent Suisse. \"Les entreprises qui encouragent activement cette flexibilit\u00e9 ne s'assurent pas seulement un avantage dans la concurrence pour le personnel qualifi\u00e9, mais renforcent en m\u00eame temps la fid\u00e9lisation \u00e0 long terme des collaborateurs\".<\/p>\r\n

Forte propension au changement<\/h3>\r\n

Malgr\u00e9 une grande satisfaction avec le travail actuel (77 %), la volont\u00e9 de changer est grande : 51 % des employ\u00e9s peuvent envisager de changer d'emploi, m\u00eame s'ils estiment que les chances sur le march\u00e9 du travail sont plus pessimistes qu'en Allemagne et en Autriche. L'augmentation de salaire attendue est une incitation importante au changement.<\/p>\r\n
