(Image : www.ivf.hartmann.info)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La situation du chiffre d'affaires et des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices du groupe IVF Hartmann s'est bien d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e au cours de l'exercice 2024, tant sur le plan structurel que sous l'influence de divers effets sp\u00e9ciaux. Le chiffre d'affaires a augment\u00e9 de 7,3 % par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente pour atteindre 158,8 millions de CHF. Le groupe IVF Hartmann a connu une croissance sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du march\u00e9 dans presque tous les principaux segments de produits et de clients.<\/p>\n<p>Outre l'augmentation du chiffre d'affaires, la poursuite de l'am\u00e9lioration de la structure interne des co\u00fbts, diverses optimisations dans le domaine de la production et de l'achat de mat\u00e9riel, le mix de produits et de canaux plus avantageux ainsi que l'influence positive des taux de change ont \u00e9galement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l'augmentation du r\u00e9sultat. Au total, le r\u00e9sultat d'exploitation avant int\u00e9r\u00eats et imp\u00f4ts (EBIT) a augment\u00e9 de 37,2 % pour atteindre CHF 23,1 millions. La marge EBIT a augment\u00e9 de 3,1 points de pourcentage pour atteindre 14,5 %. Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice consolid\u00e9 a pu \u00eatre augment\u00e9 de CHF 5,2 millions pour atteindre CHF 20,3 millions.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00c9volution des segments<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Comme les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, des diff\u00e9rences sont apparues dans l'\u00e9volution du chiffre d'affaires et des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices des diff\u00e9rents segments. De m\u00eame, on constate une fois de plus l'avantage d'une large offre de produits et de services avec les effets compensatoires qui en r\u00e9sultent.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le segment <strong>\"Soins des plaies\"<\/strong> Le groupe IVF Hartmann a enregistr\u00e9 une hausse de son chiffre d'affaires de 3,8 millions de CHF, \u00e0 44,0 millions de CHF. Cette augmentation r\u00e9sulte principalement du groupe de produits M\u00e9decine d'intervention tactique, pour lequel d'importantes livraisons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger. L'EBIT a augment\u00e9 de 2,1 millions de CHF \u00e0 10,3 millions de CHF en raison de la hausse du chiffre d'affaires.<\/p>\n<p>Le chiffre d'affaires de 33,9 millions de CHF du segment <strong>\"Gestion de l'incontinence\" <\/strong>ont augment\u00e9 de CHF 1,8 million par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. La plateforme d'approvisionnement Hartmann Easy, qui sera compl\u00e9t\u00e9e en 2023 par un service de facturation pour les produits Migel, reste l'un des principaux moteurs de cette croissance. L'EBIT a augment\u00e9 de 0,3 million de CHF \u00e0 2,8 millions de CHF sur la base du mix de produits et de l'augmentation du chiffre d'affaires.<\/p>\n<p>Le chiffre d'affaires du secteur <strong>\"Gestion des infections\"<\/strong> ont augment\u00e9 de 4,7 millions de CHF par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, pour atteindre 58,9 millions de CHF, notamment en raison de la l\u00e9g\u00e8re reprise du march\u00e9 de la d\u00e9sinfection et de la demande accrue de produits de la gamme Pr\u00e9vention des risques. L'EBIT a augment\u00e9 de 3,8 millions de CHF \u00e0 8,3 millions de CHF en raison du mix d'assortiment, de la baisse partielle des co\u00fbts d'approvisionnement et de l'augmentation du chiffre d'affaires.<\/p>\n<p>Le chiffre d'affaires du secteur <strong>\"Autres activit\u00e9s du groupe\"<\/strong> ont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement augment\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, de 0,5 million de CHF, pour atteindre 22,0 millions de CHF. L'EBIT est rest\u00e9 constant par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, \u00e0 1,6 million de CHF.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Flux financiers, structure du bilan et dividende<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Outre un flux de tr\u00e9sorerie positif issu de l'activit\u00e9 d'exploitation, des entr\u00e9es de fonds ont eu lieu suite, entre autres, au remboursement du pr\u00eat de 23,5 millions de CHF accord\u00e9 \u00e0 des personnes proches (Paul Hartmann AG). Les sorties de fonds ont r\u00e9sult\u00e9 de paiements pour des investissements dans des immobilisations financi\u00e8res, corporelles et incorporelles ainsi que du versement de dividendes. Au total, les liquidit\u00e9s sont pass\u00e9es de 87,9 millions de CHF au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2023 \u00e0 94,9 millions de CHF au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2024. Une partie des liquidit\u00e9s est investie sous forme de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts \u00e0 terme (d'une dur\u00e9e inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 trois mois) aupr\u00e8s de banques. Comme l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, il n'y avait pas de dettes financi\u00e8res \u00e0 la date de cl\u00f4ture du 31 d\u00e9cembre 2024. Le ratio de fonds propres est pass\u00e9 de 80,1 % l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente \u00e0 80,4 %.<\/p>\n<p>Le groupe IVF Hartmann dispose d'une structure de bilan solide qui aide et continuera d'aider le groupe \u00e0 saisir les opportunit\u00e9s dans un environnement de march\u00e9 volatile et \u00e0 \u00e9valuer les investissements dans la croissance et l'innovation \u00e0 partir d'une position de force. Les r\u00e9flexions men\u00e9es sur la gestion de la tr\u00e9sorerie dans le cadre de la strat\u00e9gie ont amen\u00e9 le conseil d'administration \u00e0 proposer un dividende sp\u00e9cial \u00e0 l'assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Le conseil d'administration propose \u00e0 l'assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale un dividende de CHF 6.20 pour l'exercice 2024 (compos\u00e9 d'un dividende ordinaire de CHF 3.20 par action nominative et d'un dividende extraordinaire de CHF 3.00 par action nominative) ; cela correspond \u00e0 une distribution totale aux actionnaires de CHF 14.88 millions (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : CHF 19.68 millions).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Perspectives<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pour 2025, on s'attend \u00e0 une volatilit\u00e9 persistante sur les march\u00e9s d'approvisionnement et surtout sur les march\u00e9s de vente. L'entreprise mise sur la stabilit\u00e9 pour ses clients dans un contexte d'incertitude et de pression sur les co\u00fbts. La croissance est attendue gr\u00e2ce au lancement de nouveaux produits ainsi qu'\u00e0 une distribution \u00e9largie dans le secteur des clients finaux, notamment dans le domaine DermaPlast. Le d\u00e9veloppement de la m\u00e9decine d'intervention tactique se poursuit, mais on s'attend ici, en raison de la structure du march\u00e9, \u00e0 des fluctuations du chiffre d'affaires et \u00e0 d'\u00e9ventuelles pertes par rapport \u00e0 la forte ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e, le syst\u00e8me de prix sera adapt\u00e9 avec le principal fournisseur, le groupe Hartmann, afin d'optimiser la conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'OCDE et la conformit\u00e9 fiscale des prix de transfert internationaux. Dans l'ensemble, on s'attend pour 2025 - corrig\u00e9 de l'activit\u00e9 plus volatile de la m\u00e9decine d'intervention tactique - \u00e0 un chiffre d'affaires au niveau de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.
