(Image : www.depositphotos.con)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Le recruteur a constat\u00e9 que les managers int\u00e9rimaires disposant d'une exp\u00e9rience dans l'introduction de l'intelligence artificielle dans le quotidien de l'entreprise sont actuellement tr\u00e8s souvent recherch\u00e9s, principalement pour combler des postes vacants au niveau des cadres sup\u00e9rieurs et moyens. La plupart des demandes proviennent des secteurs de la construction de machines et d'installations, des produits m\u00e9talliques et \u00e9lectriques et de la pharmacie, dit-il. Seul le secteur automobile, dans lequel les managers int\u00e9rimaires sont traditionnellement tr\u00e8s demand\u00e9s, conna\u00eet actuellement \"une accalmie en raison de la faiblesse \u00e9conomique persistante sur le march\u00e9 automobile\".<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Rendre l'espace de travail du poste vacant \"pr\u00eat pour l'IA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dans presque tous les secteurs, on recherche de plus en plus des managers int\u00e9rimaires \u00e0 \"double fonction\" : pour combler des postes vacants et en tant que \"transformateurs IA\". Le Dr Harald Sch\u00f6nfeld le sait : \"Les int\u00e9rimaires sont appel\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e dans les entreprises afin de rendre pr\u00eat \u00e0 l'IA le domaine de travail correspondant au poste vacant\".<\/p>\n<p>L'expertise en IA est devenue un co-crit\u00e8re pour de nombreux recrutements. Le sp\u00e9cialiste du management explique : \"Lorsqu'un cadre quitte l'entreprise, les entreprises ne veulent de plus en plus souvent pas simplement pourvoir le poste devenu vacant un \u00e0 un, mais publient un profil de poste nettement modifi\u00e9. Et le changement le plus fr\u00e9quent se rapporte actuellement \u00e0 l'IA\".<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Les avantages classiques de l'int\u00e9rim toujours demand\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Selon les estimations du Dr Harald Sch\u00f6nfeld, les \"avantages classiques\" des managers int\u00e9rimaires sont certes toujours demand\u00e9s : disponibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 court terme, expertise prononc\u00e9e, mise au courant rapide, r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts de vacance, comp\u00e9tences manag\u00e9riales et sociales \u00e9lev\u00e9es et flexibilit\u00e9 maximale. \"Mais une compr\u00e9hension approfondie de l'intelligence artificielle est d\u00e9sormais exig\u00e9e en plus dans de nombreux cas\", explique le sp\u00e9cialiste des ressources humaines \u00e0 l'issue de nombreux entretiens. Cela vaut en grande partie ind\u00e9pendamment de la taille de l'entreprise, du secteur ou du poste pour lequel un manager temporaire est recherch\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\"Sans IA, pas de carri\u00e8re\"<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le Dr Harald Sch\u00f6nfeld classe les choses ainsi : \"Les entreprises profitent de la fluctuation naturelle du personnel de direction pour pr\u00e9parer leurs niveaux de direction aux changements qui accompagnent l'intelligence artificielle\". Les managers int\u00e9rimaires jouent un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans cette phase de transition, \"pour faire passer les postes de direction de l'ancien monde \u00e0 la nouvelle \u00e8re de l'IA\".<\/p>\n<p>Cela signifie par ailleurs que les cadres, qu'ils soient en mission d'int\u00e9rim ou en poste fixe, seraient bien avis\u00e9s de se doter d'un solide savoir-faire en mati\u00e8re d'IA pour leur avenir professionnel. \"Sans IA, pas de carri\u00e8re\", c'est ainsi que le Dr Harald Sch\u00f6nfeld r\u00e9sume la situation actuelle sur le march\u00e9 du personnel pour les cadres. L'expert en management avait pr\u00e9vu cette \u00e9volution depuis longtemps : Il est co-\u00e9diteur et co-auteur du livre \"K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz f\u00fcr Entscheider : Was Sie als Vorstand, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer, Aufsichtsrat oder Beirat \u00fcber K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz wissen sollten\" (ISBN 978-3-98674-078-8), qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 paru mi-2023.
