(Image : www.bvzholding.ch)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ulrich Sch\u00e4ffeler prendra ses nouvelles fonctions au sein de MGBahn le 1er ao\u00fbt 2025 et succ\u00e9dera ainsi \u00e0 Peter Luginb\u00fchl, qui a quitt\u00e9 le groupe de son plein gr\u00e9 en janvier 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Ulrich Sch\u00e4ffeler, qui a grandi dans l'Allg\u00e4u (D) et habite \u00e0 Bremgarten pr\u00e8s de Berne, conna\u00eet parfaitement le syst\u00e8me ferroviaire et l'interaction entre l'infrastructure, le mat\u00e9riel roulant et l'exploitation, ainsi que les besoins du march\u00e9 et des clients, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa longue et vaste exp\u00e9rience de la branche et \u00e0 son parcours. Il est actuellement employ\u00e9 par le BLS, o\u00f9 il a dirig\u00e9 jusqu'\u00e0 r\u00e9cemment la gestion du march\u00e9 et, en dernier lieu, le secteur d'activit\u00e9 de la mobilit\u00e9 des personnes par int\u00e9rim.<\/p>\n<p>Le conseil d'administration et la direction du MGBahn et du BVZ se r\u00e9jouissent du recrutement de ce sp\u00e9cialiste exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 de la branche. \"Nous gagnons un dirigeant empathique et un expert ferroviaire qui dispose d'un excellent r\u00e9seau dans la branche et qui est tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 en raison de son attitude engageante\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le CEO Egon Gsponer.<\/p>\n<p>Ing\u00e9nieur civil de formation, il a obtenu son doctorat \u00e0 l'EPF de Zurich. Actuellement, il suit un EMBA en management g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00e0 la Haute \u00e9cole de Saint-Gall (HSG). Il dispose en outre d'un MAS Leadership &amp; Management \u00e0 l'Institut de psychologie appliqu\u00e9e de la ZHAW.
