Depuis juin 2024, Myriam K\u00e4ser dirige le d\u00e9partement Group Communications & Corporate Responsibility (GCR) en tant que membre de la direction du groupe. Dans le cadre d'un processus strat\u00e9gique global, elle a d\u00e9fini de nouvelles priorit\u00e9s avec son \u00e9quipe. Il en r\u00e9sulte un \"d\u00e9veloppement organisationnel du d\u00e9partement\", comme l'indique un communiqu\u00e9. Celui-ci comprend entre autres une int\u00e9gration plus forte de la communication d'entreprise et une focalisation cibl\u00e9e sur l'IA et la transformation num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\r\n

Andrea Meier prend en charge le secteur \"Corporate Communications\" en tant que nouvelle directrice. Dans ce dernier, le Newsdesk, le service m\u00e9dias et l'\u00e9quipe de tournage seront r\u00e9unis avec la communication du secteur. Meier \u00e9tait jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent responsable du secteur Partnerships & Live Experience chez Swisscom et apporte une vaste exp\u00e9rience dans le secteur de la communication. Son adjointe actuelle, Julia Werner, lui succ\u00e8de.<\/p>\r\n

Avec le nouveau d\u00e9partement \"Comm Tech & Transformation\", Swisscom mise en outre davantage sur la communication num\u00e9rique et les processus bas\u00e9s sur l'IA. Il sera dirig\u00e9 par Mich\u00e8le Westhues Estermann, qui s'est d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup occup\u00e9e de l'utilisation de l'IA dans la communication d'entreprise dans le cadre de ses fonctions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.<\/p>\r\n
