Les deux nouveaux membres ont renforc\u00e9 l'entreprise avec les membres actuels Thomas Z\u00fcger, Roman Marty et Reto Schaffner en tant que pr\u00e9sident et veulent continuer \u00e0 la diriger prudemment vers l'avenir. Stefan Traber quittera le conseil.<\/p>\n<h3>Composition diverse<\/h3>\n<p>Dans sa nouvelle composition, l'organe est d'une part plus diversifi\u00e9 et d'autre part, OBT envoie un signal fort \u00e0 ses collaborateurs avec l'\u00e9lection de la responsable HR Business Partner Nathalie Bolliger. \"Sa mission sera de donner une voix aux employ\u00e9s et de les repr\u00e9senter au mieux\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident du CA Reto Schaffner lors de l'\u00e9lection. La psychologue sociale et \u00e9conomique dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e travaille chez OBT depuis d\u00e9but 2020. Auparavant, elle a travaill\u00e9 de nombreuses ann\u00e9es dans le conseil en ressources humaines ainsi qu'en tant que Head of Talent ou Associate Partner dans diff\u00e9rentes start-ups.<\/p>\n<h3>Exp\u00e9rience et savoir-faire<\/h3>\n<p>Avec pr\u00e8s de 25 ans d'appartenance \u00e0 l'entreprise, Christoph Brunner est non seulement familier avec les us et coutumes d'OBT AG, mais il apporte \u00e9galement, en tant que membre actif du conseil d'administration de diff\u00e9rentes PME, un savoir-faire important en mati\u00e8re de conseil d'administration pour le d\u00e9veloppement strat\u00e9gique du groupe OBT. En tant que membre de longue date de la direction, directeur de la succursale de Saint-Gall qui compte une centaine de collaborateurs et chef du d\u00e9partement fiduciaire, cet \u00e9conomiste d'entreprise form\u00e9 et expert fiduciaire dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 dispose d'un grand savoir-faire et d'une solide exp\u00e9rience de direction.
