Un record avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9 en 2023 avec 124 proc\u00e9dures, mais c'est la premi\u00e8re fois que la barre des 200 a \u00e9t\u00e9 franchie. Un facteur essentiel de cette augmentation a \u00e9t\u00e9 une publicit\u00e9 par affiche controvers\u00e9e d'un exploitant de maison close, contre laquelle une centaine de plaintes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9es - dont 70 en un seul jour. L'accusation portait sur le sexisme. Les plaintes seront trait\u00e9es au cours du premier semestre 2025.<\/p>\r\n<p>Si l'on d\u00e9duit cette vague de requ\u00eates, le nombre de proc\u00e9dures de plainte reste au niveau de 2023. Sur le long terme, la moyenne se situe autour de 100 cas par an. En 2024, la plupart des plaintes concernaient le secteur des loisirs, du tourisme, de l'h\u00f4tellerie et de la restauration (12,3 %), suivi de l'alimentation et des boissons ainsi que des services et de l'administration (10,9 % chacun). Une augmentation a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9e dans les domaines du commerce, de l'industrie et des services, tandis que la vente par correspondance, l'alimentation et la maison et le jardin ont connu un recul.<\/p>\r\n<p>Dans le domaine des m\u00e9dias, un tiers des plaintes (33,3 %) concernait la publicit\u00e9 en ligne, suivie du marketing direct (22,6 %) et de la publicit\u00e9 ext\u00e9rieure (12,5 %). Les m\u00e9dias sociaux et l'\u00e9tiquetage des produits ont \u00e9galement fait l'objet de proc\u00e9dures. Le contenu de la plupart des plaintes concernait la publicit\u00e9 trompeuse, qui repr\u00e9sentait 39,6 % de tous les cas. Il s'agissait \u00e9galement de plaintes pour \u00e9coblanchiment, c'est-\u00e0-dire de promesses environnementales douteuses. Le sexisme \u00e9tait le sujet de 12,3 % des cas, tandis que les m\u00e9thodes de vente agressives (21,6%) \u00e9taient en baisse.<\/p>\r\n<p>Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des recours d\u00e9pos\u00e9s (52,8 %) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9s, 34,7 % ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rejet\u00e9s et les chambres n'ont pas pu entrer en mati\u00e8re sur 12,5 % des affaires. Tous les recours ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rejet\u00e9s. La CSL souligne que les recours sont souvent d\u00e9pos\u00e9s dans le but de forcer un r\u00e9examen, ce qui ne correspond toutefois pas \u00e0 l'objectif de la proc\u00e9dure.<\/p>\r\n<p>En outre, l'int\u00e9r\u00eat du public et des m\u00e9dias pour le travail de la CSL ne cesse de cro\u00eetre. En 2024, plus de 50 demandes de m\u00e9dias ont \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7ues de toutes les r\u00e9gions du pays. Les questions relatives au marketing d'influence et \u00e0 l'identification transparente des partenariats commerciaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement fr\u00e9quentes. L'utilisation de l'intelligence artificielle dans la publicit\u00e9 ainsi que le greenwashing ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 des th\u00e8mes r\u00e9currents.
