L'aper\u00e7u de l'\u00e9volution des cr\u00e9ations d'entreprises en Suisse au premier trimestre 2025 montre \u00e9galement que le th\u00e8me de la \"cr\u00e9ation\" occupe toujours une place importante. Selon l'Institut IFJ pour les jeunes entreprises, le nombre de nouvelles entreprises a atteint un nouveau record de 13'983 inscriptions au registre du commerce, ce qui correspond \u00e0 une augmentation de 3,9% par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Cette \u00e9volution souligne l'int\u00e9r\u00eat croissant pour l'ind\u00e9pendance et l'entrepreneuriat en Suisse. Il convient de souligner la part \u00e9lev\u00e9e de nouvelles activit\u00e9s commerciales, qui repr\u00e9sentent environ 70% des nouvelles entreprises. Un autre cinqui\u00e8me des cr\u00e9ations mise sur la poursuite d'entreprises existantes.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"653\">L'ind\u00e9pendance comme moteur pour les cr\u00e9ateurs d'entreprise<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"655\" data-end=\"1066\">Les motivations des cr\u00e9ateurs d'entreprise varient, mais l'enqu\u00eate montre que le d\u00e9sir de gagner en ind\u00e9pendance et en libert\u00e9 est la motivation la plus fr\u00e9quente (40%). Les autres facteurs importants sont la possibilit\u00e9 de se r\u00e9aliser (31%) et l'utilisation de ses propres comp\u00e9tences (28%). Ces r\u00e9sultats refl\u00e8tent le fait que pour de nombreux cr\u00e9ateurs d'entreprise, ce sont les objectifs personnels et non financiers qui sont au premier plan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1068\" data-end=\"1379\">Les d\u00e9fis se situent surtout avant la cr\u00e9ation, notamment en ce qui concerne l'acquisition de commandes et les t\u00e2ches administratives. Apr\u00e8s la cr\u00e9ation, les difficult\u00e9s se d\u00e9placent surtout vers des th\u00e8mes tels que le marketing et l'acquisition de clients. Il est r\u00e9jouissant de constater que la pression des soucis diminue nettement apr\u00e8s la cr\u00e9ation.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1804\">Une sc\u00e8ne entrepreneuriale orient\u00e9e vers la croissance en Suisse<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1804\">L'analyse montre que c'est surtout dans les r\u00e9gions occidentales et centrales de la Suisse, ainsi qu'\u00e0 Zurich et \u00e0 B\u00e2le, que l'on enregistre une forte croissance des nouvelles entreprises. La forme juridique de la S\u00e0rl reste la plus populaire, suivie de la SA. Le paysage sectoriel diversifi\u00e9 est domin\u00e9 par les domaines du conseil, de l'artisanat et de l'immobilier, ce qui refl\u00e8te la diversit\u00e9 de la sc\u00e8ne suisse des cr\u00e9ateurs d'entreprise.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1806\" data-end=\"2103\">Dans l'ensemble, la sc\u00e8ne suisse de la cr\u00e9ation d'entreprise se montre r\u00e9siliente et orient\u00e9e vers la croissance en 2025.
