Pistor, fournisseur du march\u00e9 de la boulangerie, de la gastronomie et de la sant\u00e9, peut se targuer d'un nouvel exercice r\u00e9ussi. 827,1 millions de francs en 2024 repr\u00e9sentent une augmentation de 3,8% par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice a \u00e9volu\u00e9 parall\u00e8lement pour atteindre 26,8 millions de francs. Alors que l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, le rench\u00e9rissement avait nettement influenc\u00e9 le r\u00e9sultat, Pistor a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la croissance actuelle par ses propres moyens. \"Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des offres sur mesure et \u00e0 des collaborateurs engag\u00e9s, nous veillons \u00e0 ce que nos clients puissent se concentrer enti\u00e8rement sur leurs activit\u00e9s quotidiennes\", explique le CEO Patrick Lobsiger pour expliquer ce succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n

Investissements dans les centres de distribution<\/h3>\n

La fiabilit\u00e9 de Pistor est particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e : Patrick Lobsiger : \"La base de notre service de livraison fiable est l'efficacit\u00e9 de notre cha\u00eene de livraison et notre infrastructure hautement automatis\u00e9e, dans laquelle nous investissons continuellement\". Pistor poursuit ainsi plusieurs projets d'infrastructure : La nouvelle centrale de distribution construite en Suisse orientale ouvrira ses portes dans un avenir proche, la centrale de distribution de Suisse occidentale \u00e0 Chavornay sera modernis\u00e9e et de nouvelles surfaces de stockage, de transbordement de marchandises et de distribution seront construites \u00e0 moyen terme au si\u00e8ge principal de Rothenburg. \"En outre, nous voulons \u00e9galement poser des jalons dans le domaine num\u00e9rique. Notre centre commercial num\u00e9rique Mercanto doit devenir la plus grande plateforme B2B de Suisse pour les produits alimentaires et non alimentaires\", poursuit le CEO.<\/p>\n

Segments de client\u00e8le : la restauration cro\u00eet de 6,7%, les boulangeries restent stables<\/h3>\n

Pour l'exercice 2024, les entreprises de restauration se sont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es \u00eatre les acheteurs les plus importants en termes de chiffre d'affaires pour Pistor. Ils ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 436 millions de francs, ce qui correspond \u00e0 une augmentation de 27,3 millions de francs ou 6,7% par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Ce chiffre inclut le chiffre d'affaires du secteur Healthcare, c'est-\u00e0-dire le commerce d'articles m\u00e9dicaux de consommation, qui n'en est qu'\u00e0 ses d\u00e9buts. L'activit\u00e9 principale de boulangerie-confiserie a atteint 391 millions de francs, soit 47% du chiffre d'affaires total - une augmentation de 3,3 millions de francs.
