La Berne f\u00e9d\u00e9rale veut encore renforcer la politique de transfert et la protection des Alpes. Avec le\u00a0Rapport sur le transfert modal 2019<\/a>\u00a0le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a adopt\u00e9 un train de mesures visant \u00e0 transf\u00e9rer encore plus de marchandises de la route vers le rail. Il a notamment d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de d\u00e9classer les anciens camions de la cat\u00e9gorie Euro IV et Euro V de la cat\u00e9gorie moyenne \u00e0 la cat\u00e9gorie RPLP la plus ch\u00e8re. En outre, le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral pr\u00e9voit de supprimer le rabais de 10 pour cent accord\u00e9 depuis 2011 aux v\u00e9hicules des cat\u00e9gories Euro II et Euro III \u00e9quip\u00e9s d'un filtre \u00e0 particules.
\nEn d\u00e9cembre 2020, le Comit\u00e9 mixte Suisse-UE sur l'accord sur les transports terrestres a donn\u00e9 son feu vert pour que la RPLP puisse \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e en cons\u00e9quence \u00e0 la mi-2021. Les modifications n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 cet effet dans la\u00a0Ordonnance relative \u00e0 une redevance sur le trafic des poids lourds<\/a>\u00a0ont \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9es, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n

Un cadre favorable aux v\u00e9hicules propres<\/strong><\/p>\n

Les entreprises qui souhaitent s'exon\u00e9rer de la RPLP trouvent des possibilit\u00e9s. La Suisse offre des conditions cadres favorables \u00e0 l'utilisation de la technologie de l'hydrog\u00e8ne dans la logistique : en effet, les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission ne sont pas seulement exempt\u00e9s de la RPLP, mais aussi de l'imp\u00f4t sur les huiles min\u00e9rales. De plus, les entreprises peuvent optimiser la durabilit\u00e9 de leurs services, ce que l'une ou l'autre personne de la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement appr\u00e9ciera. Chaque camion \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne permet d'\u00e9conomiser environ 70 \u00e0 80 tonnes de CO2 par an par rapport \u00e0 un camion diesel traditionnel - \u00e0 frais d'entretien comparables -, affirme par exemple l'entreprise de logistique Retralog AG \u00e0 Wolfwil, dans le canton de Soleure. L'entreprise mise sur cette technologie et a lanc\u00e9 son premier camion fonctionnant \u00e0 l'hydrog\u00e8ne : Le v\u00e9hicule de type Hyundai Xcient Fuel Cell est exclusivement au service de la Poste suisse. Le camion de 36 tonnes est utilis\u00e9 pour le transport national de colis et de lettres entre les centres logistiques, indique l'entreprise de transport.<\/p>\n

Pouss\u00e9e pour la technologie H2 en Suisse<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thomas J. Ernst, responsable des transports chez Logistik-Services de la Poste, souligne le r\u00f4le de pionnier international de la Suisse dans l'utilisation de la technologie de l'hydrog\u00e8ne. C'est notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une association de promotion de la mobilit\u00e9 H2 en Suisse, fond\u00e9e il y a bient\u00f4t trois ans (cf. www.h2mobilitaet.ch) : elle s'est donn\u00e9 pour mission de promouvoir un transport individuel motoris\u00e9 propre et sans \u00e9missions de CO2. Elle compte parmi ses membres des d\u00e9taillants comme Coop et Migros, mais aussi des transporteurs et d'autres entreprises priv\u00e9es. Si le parc automobile peut \u00eatre con\u00e7u de mani\u00e8re plus durable, c'est aussi gr\u00e2ce au constructeur cor\u00e9en Hyundai. Il y a quelques mois, il a lanc\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 suisse ses sept premiers v\u00e9hicules utilitaires qui n'\u00e9mettent que de la vapeur d'eau. Le Xcient Fuel Cell est un camion \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne produit en s\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n

O\u00f9 trouver des stations-service ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mais sans pompe \u00e0 H2, ce mode de propulsion alternatif ne fonctionne pas non plus. C'est pourquoi Avia, Agrola et Coop ont ouvert les premi\u00e8res stations-service \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne afin de remplir les v\u00e9hicules de mani\u00e8re climatiquement neutre. Un coup d'\u0153il sur le site web de l'association de promotion de la mobilit\u00e9 H2 en Suisse montre qu'il existe des stations-service publiques d'hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 Zofingue, Saint-Gall, Hunzenschwil et R\u00fcmlang. D'autres devraient bient\u00f4t suivre.<\/p>\n

L'autonomie de son camion H2 est d'environ 400 kilom\u00e8tres, apr\u00e8s quoi il faut le remplir \u00e0 nouveau, explique Daniel Reichen de Retralog. Mais cela suffit pour le transport national de marchandises.<\/p>\n

Aujourd'hui, une cinquantaine de camions \u00e9quip\u00e9s de cette propulsion alternative circulent en Suisse. Ils devraient bient\u00f4t \u00eatre plus de 1000, selon l'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l'\u00e9nergie.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
