C'est la question que l'on peut se poser \u00e0 la lecture d'une \u00e9tude mondiale r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9e. On travaille de moins en moins au bureau, mais de plus en plus souvent \u00e0 distance. Selon IWG, la maison m\u00e8re des principaux fournisseurs d'espaces de travail comme Regus et Spaces, l'\u00e9mergence de cette \"main-d'\u0153uvre mobile\" a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clench\u00e9e par les changements technologiques, la mondialisation et l'\u00e9volution des attentes des travailleurs. IWG a publi\u00e9 \u00e0 ce sujet l'\u00e9tude en question, qui se base sur les connaissances de plus de 18 000 hommes et femmes d'affaires dans 96 pays. Selon cette \u00e9tude, 70 % des salari\u00e9s ne travaillent pas au bureau au moins un jour par semaine. (Graphique : IWG)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Pendant des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, le travail de bureau dans le monde entier a \u00e9t\u00e9 bas\u00e9 sur un lieu fixe et une journ\u00e9e de huit heures. Mais de plus en plus d'entreprises adoptent aujourd'hui un mod\u00e8le de travail totalement diff\u00e9rent, qui pr\u00e9sente des avantages \u00e0 la fois pour elles et pour leurs employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"LEFT\">Des travailleurs plus heureux et plus productifs<\/h2>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des Suisses (56%) sont d'accord pour dire que le travail flexible augmente la satisfaction au travail, ce qui montre que les entreprises doivent fournir des environnements de travail adapt\u00e9s aux travailleurs d'aujourd'hui si elles veulent conserver des collaborateurs de premier ordre. L'\u00e9tude a \u00e9galement montr\u00e9 que les start-ups ne sont plus les seules \u00e0 miser sur le travail flexible et les espaces de travail partag\u00e9s. Les entreprises les plus prosp\u00e8res du monde - dont des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s comme Etihad Airways, Diesel, GSK, Mastercard, Microsoft, Oracle et Uber - utilisent d\u00e9j\u00e0 des espaces de travail flexibles.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"LEFT\">L'efficacit\u00e9 des co\u00fbts, principale raison de l'utilisation des postes de travail flexibles<\/h2>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">L'\u00e9volution vers des espaces de travail flexibles refl\u00e8te l'\u00e9volution des besoins et des attentes de la main-d'\u0153uvre. Avec 84%, la majorit\u00e9 des Suisses estiment qu'un Wi-Fi rapide et fiable est la caract\u00e9ristique principale d'un environnement de travail productif. De m\u00eame, 69% des personnes interrog\u00e9es en Suisse estiment que l'on ne paie que pour l'espace que l'on utilise effectivement. Il est \u00e9galement possible d'\u00e9conomiser sur la recherche de biens immobiliers (49%) ainsi que sur le personnel de bureau (59%).
