(Graphique : appinio \/ Sensational Marketing)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Aujourd'hui, rares sont les entreprises qui survivent sans marketing professionnel. Sur les march\u00e9s concurrentiels, il ne suffit pas de proposer un bon produit ou un service convaincant si personne ne conna\u00eet son existence. Pour de nombreuses entreprises, le chemin m\u00e8ne donc in\u00e9vitablement \u00e0 une agence de marketing en ligne. Une nouvelle \u00e9tude montre que pour beaucoup, la collaboration avec ces acteurs externes n'a pas donn\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats escompt\u00e9s. \"Pas moins de 70 % des entreprises interrog\u00e9es ont collabor\u00e9 avec une agence au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, mais \u00e0 peine 39 % sont tr\u00e8s satisfaites des r\u00e9sultats\", explique Bastian Sens, directeur de Sensational Marketing GmbH et commanditaire de l'\u00e9tude mentionn\u00e9e. Les principales critiques sont les suivantes : Co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s, lenteur de la mise en \u0153uvre et manque de connaissances du secteur. Selon lui, les services externes sont souvent trop chers et inefficaces, en particulier pour les entreprises de taille moyenne. \"De nombreuses entreprises paient des sommes \u00e9lev\u00e9es pour des agences externes, mais n'obtiennent pas les performances attendues\", poursuit Sens.<\/p>\n<h3>Les co\u00fbts, un facteur d\u00e9cisif<\/h3>\n<p>Le principal r\u00e9sultat de l'\u00e9tude est que les entreprises d\u00e9pensent entre 2.000 et 4.000 euros par mois pour des services d'agence sans budget publicitaire. La m\u00eame somme pourrait \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour un sp\u00e9cialiste interne qui se consacrerait exclusivement aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques de l'entreprise. \"Une force marketing interne conna\u00eet l'ADN de l'entreprise et peut agir de mani\u00e8re beaucoup plus cibl\u00e9e qu'une agence externe qui doit d'abord se former\", explique Sens. \"C'est surtout dans les secteurs complexes n\u00e9cessitant des explications que les entreprises \u00e9conomisent ainsi beaucoup de temps et d'efforts\". Seules 21% des entreprises jugent encore - probablement pour cette raison - le rapport co\u00fbts\/b\u00e9n\u00e9fices des prestations de l'agence comme tr\u00e8s bon. Un peu plus de la moiti\u00e9 s'en d\u00e9clare toutefois satisfaite (voir graphique ci-dessous). (Graphique : appinio \/ Sensational Marketing)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Le marketing interne, une strat\u00e9gie d'avenir<\/h3>\n<p>Mais comment traduire les r\u00e9sultats de l'\u00e9tude en une pratique qui fonctionne ? \"Nous assistons \u00e0 un changement de paradigme. Les entreprises reconnaissent qu'elles peuvent g\u00e9rer elles-m\u00eames leur marketing avec succ\u00e8s si elles disposent du savoir-faire et des outils ad\u00e9quats\", explique le directeur de Sensational Marketing GmbH. Selon lui, il est essentiel d'avoir la main sur le marketing, en particulier dans les secteurs proposant des produits et des services complexes. \"Les r\u00e9sultats fournissent une recommandation d'action claire\", r\u00e9sume Sens. Celui qui est pr\u00eat \u00e0 investir dans des structures internes peut s'affranchir des d\u00e9pendances co\u00fbteuses des agences et renforcer le contr\u00f4le de sa propre communication de marque\".
