Un changement intervient dans la structure de l'actionnariat d'Excom Media. Les copropri\u00e9taires de longue date Hans-Ueli \"J\u00f6ggi\" Rihs et Theo Meister ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de c\u00e9der leurs actions \u00e0 Marc Goetti en raison de leur \u00e2ge. Goetti est CEO et pr\u00e9sident du conseil d'administration de l'entreprise et reprend jeudi l'ensemble des parts de Rihs et Meister. Il devient ainsi l'actionnaire principal d'Excom Media.<\/p>\r\n

Rihs et Meister ont jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans la cr\u00e9ation et le d\u00e9veloppement de l'entreprise. Leur retrait s'inscrit dans le cadre d'une transmission ordonn\u00e9e. Avec la reprise par Goetti, la direction reste entre des mains exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es. Selon le communiqu\u00e9 de presse, il consid\u00e8re cette \u00e9tape comme une incitation \u00e0 poursuivre le d\u00e9veloppement de l'entreprise : \"Nous continuerons \u00e0 poursuivre des id\u00e9es courageuses, \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des solutions cr\u00e9atives et \u00e0 positionner Excom Media comme pr\u00e9curseur dans le paysage m\u00e9diatique suisse\".<\/p>\r\n

Il n'y a pas d'autres changements au sein du conseil d'administration. Outre Marc Goetti, Dragan Dojcinovic, Managing Director et CCO de Nau.ch, ainsi que Markus Rihs, CFO d'Excom Media, conservent leurs fonctions.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
