Ce qui a commenc\u00e9 il y a des ann\u00e9es comme une simple action de mobilit\u00e9 est aujourd'hui un \u00e9l\u00e9ment bien ancr\u00e9 dans une culture de travail moderne. Des entreprises de tous les secteurs utilisent bike to work pour mettre du mouvement dans le quotidien professionnel et pour relier les collaborateurs entre eux. Et ce, de mani\u00e8re ludique et simple. C'est \u00e9galement le cas de la Ligue pulmonaire de l'Est, o\u00f9 le d\u00e9fi bike to work fait partie int\u00e9grante du calendrier - non pas comme une obligation, mais par conviction : \"Il suffit de peu pour changer les choses\", explique Ursina Raymann, responsable du secteur Promotion de la sant\u00e9 et pr\u00e9vention. \"Un v\u00e9lo, une \u00e9quipe, un objectif - et soudain, l'activit\u00e9 physique fait \u00e0 nouveau partie du quotidien\". L'aspect communautaire est particuli\u00e8rement motivant : \"Lorsque plus de 100'000 personnes participent, on sent que l'on fait partie de quelque chose de plus grand\". \u00a0<\/p>\n

1500 prix d'une valeur de plus de 140'000 francs suisses \u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

L'un des secrets de la r\u00e9ussite du bike to work challenge r\u00e9side dans l'esprit d'\u00e9quipe : on roule par \u00e9quipes de quatre, on se motive, on rit et on se plaint parfois - de la pluie et du vent contraire. Ceux qui tiennent le coup ont non seulement une meilleure humeur, mais aussi la chance de gagner l'un des 1500 prix d'une valeur totale de plus de 140 000 francs. Les participants \u00e0 bike to work de la Ligue pulmonaire de l'Est rivalisent eux aussi pour parcourir le plus de kilom\u00e8tres. Et ce n'est pas tout : les noms cr\u00e9atifs des \u00e9quipes suscitent de grands sourires en interne. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Le d\u00e9fi bike to work n'apporte pas seulement de la bonne humeur, il a aussi des effets \u00e0 long terme : \"Une collaboratrice de la Ligue pulmonaire de l'Est a recommenc\u00e9 \u00e0 faire du v\u00e9lo apr\u00e8s de nombreuses ann\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 bike to work. Aujourd'hui, elle roule presque tous les jours - m\u00eame quand il pleut\", explique Ursina Raymann. Le regard de Raymann sur le v\u00e9lo a \u00e9galement chang\u00e9 : \"Je pr\u00e9vois consciemment des d\u00e9tours - pas parce que je dois le faire, mais parce que cela me fait du bien\". Son conseil aux n\u00e9ophytes : \"Ne pas \u00eatre trop dur avec soi-m\u00eame. Chaque kilom\u00e8tre parcouru compte. Et : se c\u00e9l\u00e9brer soi-m\u00eame si l'on pers\u00e9v\u00e8re\".<\/p>\n

Pour motiver les collaborateurs \u00e0 participer au bike to work challenge, la communication interne est essentielle : ainsi, la Ligue pulmonaire de l'Est envoie r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des informations par e-mail et des flyers et propose des conseils personnalis\u00e9s par une coordinatrice. Ceci afin d'amener chaque ann\u00e9e encore plus de coll\u00e8gues sur deux roues.\u00a0<\/p>\n
