Le 7 mai 2025 \u00e9tait une date particuli\u00e8re : elle marquait le \"Earth Overshoot Day\", c'est-\u00e0-dire le jour \u00e0 partir duquel la Suisse consommera plus de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res renouvelables que la Terre ne peut en reproduire. Cela signifie que nous vivons d\u00e9sormais \"\u00e0 cr\u00e9dit\". La journ\u00e9e de cette ann\u00e9e aurait pu avoir une date plus symbolique. Future Leadership Forum<\/a> avec l'attribution du Swiss Ethics Award 2025 ne peuvent donc pas choisir.<\/p>\r\n

Rendre visible l'action \u00e9thique dans l'\u00e9conomie<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

Le Swiss Ethics Award r\u00e9compense des projets \u00e9thiques dans l'\u00e9conomie. L'accent est mis sur les performances exceptionnelles d'organisations et d'entreprises qui assument leur responsabilit\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re particuli\u00e8re et s'engagent pour une gestion d'entreprise durable et orient\u00e9e vers la valeur. Le prix vise \u00e0 rendre visible l'action \u00e9thique dans l'\u00e9conomie, selon Werner von Allmen et Ruth Buholzer du Swiss Excellence Forum, qui ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 l'Award en 2005.<\/p>\r\n

Un jury de six personnes, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par le Dr Christoph Weber-Berg, \u00e9thicien \u00e9conomique et pr\u00e9sident de l'Eglise r\u00e9form\u00e9e du canton d'Argovie, a \u00e9valu\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e cinq projets issus de diff\u00e9rents secteurs. Les nomin\u00e9s pour le Swiss Ethics Award 2025 \u00e9taient 1001 Organic, E. Schellenberg Textildruck AG, Lonza Group AG, Max Felchlin AG et mymyio GmbH. Cette fois-ci, le choix a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s serr\u00e9, comme l'a laiss\u00e9 entendre Christoph Weber-Berg lors de la remise du prix. Les cinq projets ont su montrer qu'il existe de nombreuses possibilit\u00e9s de mettre en \u0153uvre l'\u00e9thique et la durabilit\u00e9 dans la pratique \u00e9conomique, sans pour autant devoir renoncer aux b\u00e9n\u00e9fices. Enfin, ils contribuent tous \u00e0 retarder \u00e0 l'avenir le Jour du d\u00e9passement de la Terre.<\/p>\r\n

Distinction pour Max Felchlin AG<\/h3>\r\n

C'est finalement Max Felchlin AG, l'un des principaux fournisseurs de chocolat et de produits \u00e0 base de cacao haut de gamme, qui a remport\u00e9 la course. L'entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9e par le Swiss Ethics Award 2025 pour son projet \"Soins de sant\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion d'origine du cacao\". Avec cet engagement, Felchlin pose de nouveaux jalons en mati\u00e8re de responsabilit\u00e9 sociale et durable de l'entreprise et montre de mani\u00e8re exemplaire comment il est possible de concilier action \u00e9thique et succ\u00e8s \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\r\n

L'engagement de Felchlin permet aux producteurs de cacao et \u00e0 leurs familles d'acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des soins m\u00e9dicaux de base. Depuis 2021, des initiatives cibl\u00e9es sont lanc\u00e9es au Ghana, en \u00c9quateur, au Venezuela et \u00e0 Madagascar, notamment l'introduction d'une assurance maladie, la prise en charge des frais de traitement et la mise \u00e0 disposition de ressources m\u00e9dicales. L'\u00e9troite collaboration avec les partenaires locaux et les \u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9 permet de mettre en place des structures viables qui luttent efficacement contre la pauvret\u00e9 et le travail des enfants, am\u00e9liorent durablement la sant\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 de vie, augmentent la productivit\u00e9 et les revenus et garantissent ainsi \u00e0 long terme les moyens de subsistance des producteurs de cacao.<\/p>\r\n

Une contribution d\u00e9cisive \u00e0 la lutte contre la pauvret\u00e9<\/h3>\r\n

Le projet s'adresse \u00e0 un levier d\u00e9cisif pour am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de vie et assurer la subsistance des personnes situ\u00e9es au d\u00e9but de la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement de Felchlin. Felchlin apporte ainsi une contribution importante \u00e0 la lutte contre la pauvret\u00e9 dans les r\u00e9gions d'origine de ses mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et place syst\u00e9matiquement le bien-\u00eatre des personnes au centre de ses activit\u00e9s. Le jury a particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 le fait que le projet soit d'une ampleur remarquable compte tenu de la taille de l'entreprise - un signe clair du s\u00e9rieux et de la coh\u00e9rence de l'engagement. Felchlin fournit ainsi une preuve exemplaire de la mani\u00e8re dont le succ\u00e8s d'une entreprise et la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale peuvent aller de pair. Le projet est en outre transposable \u00e0 d'autres cha\u00eenes d'approvisionnement dans les pays du Sud et fait de Felchlin un mod\u00e8le pour les entreprises des secteurs les plus divers. Ces aspects ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cisifs pour le jury qui a d\u00e9cern\u00e9 le Swiss Ethics Award 2025 \u00e0 Max Felchlin AG.<\/p>\r\n
