(Image symbolique ; Mina Rad \/ Unsplash.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Au cours des 12 derniers mois, pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (48 pour cent) des travailleurs de l'UE ont essay\u00e9 de n\u00e9gocier une augmentation de salaire. En Suisse, ils n'\u00e9taient que 35 pour cent. Parmi ceux qui ont demand\u00e9 une augmentation de salaire, 47 pour cent ont r\u00e9ussi dans l'UE, contre 37 pour cent seulement en Suisse. Il s'agit l\u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats de l'\u00e9tude Michael Page Talent Trends Study 2025, une \u00e9tude internationale sur les employ\u00e9s qualifi\u00e9s. Sauf indication contraire, les chiffres proviennent d'une enqu\u00eate en ligne men\u00e9e par PageGroup et Unlimited, qui fait partie du groupe Accenture. L'\u00e9tude a port\u00e9 sur 46 396 participants de 167 pays, dont 972 en Suisse.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Des travailleurs suisses insatisfaits<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En comparaison europ\u00e9enne, les employ\u00e9s suisses sont les moins satisfaits de leur emploi (47 pour cent contre 52 pour cent dans l'UE). 76 pour cent des personnes en Suisse s'attendent \u00e0 changer de travail dans les trois prochaines ann\u00e9es et 93 pour cent se montrent ouvertes \u00e0 de nouvelles offres. \u00c0 titre de comparaison, 70 % des Allemands pr\u00e9voient de changer de poste dans le m\u00eame laps de temps, contre 59 % des Fran\u00e7ais. Dans l'ensemble de l'UE, 89 pour cent sont ouverts \u00e0 de nouveaux d\u00e9fis professionnels.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, les travailleurs suisses ont un acc\u00e8s nettement plus facile aux mod\u00e8les de travail flexibles et hybrides : 73% utilisent ces options, alors que la moyenne europ\u00e9enne n'est que de 55%. En cons\u00e9quence, les avantages financiers sont particuli\u00e8rement importants pour eux. Selon la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude Michael Page Candidate Pulse, outre le salaire, d'autres avantages financiers jouent un r\u00f4le central dans les n\u00e9gociations salariales. Il s'agit notamment de conditions int\u00e9ressantes en mati\u00e8re de caisse de pension (86 %), d'une assurance maladie priv\u00e9e (73 %) ou d'actions de l'entreprise (63 %). Les employ\u00e9s qui n'ont pas re\u00e7u d'augmentation de salaire se sont souvent concentr\u00e9s sur des avantages non mon\u00e9taires. Le plus souvent, les employ\u00e9s souhaitaient avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des formations continues (35 pour cent).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Les candidats sont-ils trop s\u00fbrs d'eux ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Selon l'\u00e9tude Candidate Pulse, 69% des demandeurs d'emploi suisses sont confiants de pouvoir n\u00e9gocier un package salarial satisfaisant aupr\u00e8s d'un nouvel employeur. Ils fondent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement leurs attentes sur des portails de comparaison ou des \u00e9tudes salariales r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par des agences de recrutement. En cons\u00e9quence, la plupart d'entre eux indiquent une fourchette salariale dans le processus de candidature et attendent la m\u00eame chose de la part des employeurs potentiels. Si la plupart des candidats se sont inform\u00e9s au pr\u00e9alable sur le niveau des salaires, pr\u00e8s de 40 % d'entre eux n'ont pas v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 les sources avant la n\u00e9gociation afin d'am\u00e9liorer leurs comp\u00e9tences en la mati\u00e8re. \"Il est important pour les candidats comme pour les employeurs de s'informer sur les salaires pratiqu\u00e9s dans le secteur. Cela devrait se faire sur la base de sources fiables telles que les agences de recrutement. Il est \u00e9galement important de savoir comment obtenir un r\u00e9sultat optimal pour les deux parties\", explique Yannick Coulange, Managing Director de PageGroup Suisse.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Le salaire n'est pas tout : la culture d'entreprise compte<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Lorsqu'ils se d\u00e9cident pour une offre d'emploi, les salari\u00e9s suisses accordent \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s la m\u00eame importance au salaire et \u00e0 la culture d'entreprise (75% chacun). En Allemagne et en France, le salaire joue certes un r\u00f4le tout aussi important, mais la culture d'entreprise est moins d\u00e9terminante (DE : 62 pour cent, FR : 69 pour cent). En outre, 74 pour cent des salari\u00e9s en Suisse estiment que leurs sup\u00e9rieurs ne communiquent pas de mani\u00e8re transparente sur les structures salariales. Ce chiffre est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne europ\u00e9enne de 64 pour cent. Ce manque d'ouverture se manifeste \u00e9galement en Suisse dans d'autres domaines.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>La transparence est la cl\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e8re de l'IA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>M\u00eame avec les nouvelles technologies comme l'IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative (GenAI), la transparence reste un d\u00e9fi. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s suisses (55%) utilisent d\u00e9j\u00e0 des outils GenAI comme ChatGPT ou Microsoft Copilot dans leur travail quotidien, contre 40% en moyenne dans l'UE. Malgr\u00e9 ce taux d'utilisation plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, un employ\u00e9 suisse sur quatre se sent insuffisamment pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler avec ces technologies.<\/p>\n<p>Ces r\u00e9sultats mettent en \u00e9vidence l'importance croissante de la transparence - non seulement en mati\u00e8re de salaire, mais aussi dans la conception de la culture d'entreprise et dans la gestion des changements technologiques. Nicholas Kirk, CEO de PageGroup, confirme : \"Dans un environnement de plus en plus dynamique, la transparence est plus qu'un simple slogan - c'est un avantage concurrentiel.
