La reprise que beaucoup esp\u00e8rent apr\u00e8s deux ann\u00e9es difficiles n'est pas au rendez-vous. La pression est particuli\u00e8rement visible au niveau de l'\u00e9volution des marges, qui sont en recul depuis onze trimestres. L'activit\u00e9 d'investissement en souffre en cons\u00e9quence : certes, pr\u00e8s d'un tiers des entreprises pr\u00e9voient d'\u00e9tendre leurs capacit\u00e9s de production, mais pour environ 20 % d'entre elles, les restrictions financi\u00e8res emp\u00eachent les investissements, souvent en raison d'un manque de fonds propres. L'indice actuel du climat des affaires de Swissmechanic est donc \u00e9galement n\u00e9gatif : il se situe actuellement \u00e0 -30 points. Environ 40 pour cent des entreprises interrog\u00e9es annoncent des entr\u00e9es de commandes, des chiffres d'affaires et des marges en baisse par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n

Les droits de douane am\u00e9ricains et leurs cons\u00e9quences<\/h3>\n

La pression augmente \u00e9galement au niveau international. Les droits de douane am\u00e9ricains introduits en avril et actuellement suspendus p\u00e8sent sur les PME-MEM, en particulier de mani\u00e8re indirecte - par exemple en tant que sous-traitants pour des clients fortement orient\u00e9s vers l'exportation. L'incertitude qui en d\u00e9coule freine encore plus la disposition \u00e0 investir. A cela s'ajoute l'appr\u00e9ciation du franc suisse, qui limite encore la capacit\u00e9 d'exportation.<\/p>\n

Les perspectives pour le deuxi\u00e8me trimestre restent mod\u00e9r\u00e9es : Environ la moiti\u00e9 des entreprises ne s'attendent \u00e0 aucun changement par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente en ce qui concerne le chiffre d'affaires, les commandes et les marges. Cette proportion est m\u00eame de deux tiers pour le personnel. Le solde d'opinion reste n\u00e9gatif pour tous les indicateurs. 17 pour cent des entreprises sont actuellement concern\u00e9es par le ch\u00f4mage partiel - dans environ un tiers de ces entreprises, celui-ci concerne plus de 40 pour cent du personnel.<\/p>\n

Moins de bureaucratie<\/h3>\n

Le pr\u00e9sident de Swissmechanic, Nicola Tettamanti, d\u00e9clare : \"La situation difficile qui perdure exige non seulement de la r\u00e9silience \u00e9conomique, mais aussi un cadre politique qui permette les investissements et l'innovation. Malgr\u00e9 le contexte difficile, le secteur MEM reste d\u00e9termin\u00e9. Elles ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 prouv\u00e9 leur force d'innovation et leur capacit\u00e9 d'adaptation lors de crises pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. Erich Sannemann, directeur de Swissmechanic, explique : \"Cette fois encore, de nombreuses entreprises trouveront de nouvelles voies en faisant preuve de courage entrepreneurial - dans l'espoir que la reprise ne se fasse plus attendre\".<\/p>\n
