Le Groupe Kestenholz, dont le si\u00e8ge principal est \u00e0 Pratteln, est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les Mercedes-Benz et a quadrupl\u00e9 sa taille au cours des vingt derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. L'expansion s'est faite majoritairement en Allemagne, ce qui a amen\u00e9 la famille propri\u00e9taire \u00e0 repenser fondamentalement la signification de la marque. Une analyse effectu\u00e9e par Yellow a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que \"Kestenholz\" pouvait contribuer de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 la diff\u00e9renciation, sp\u00e9cialement en Allemagne, un pays tr\u00e8s concurrentiel. Le point de d\u00e9part du renouvellement de la marque \u00e9tait ainsi pos\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n

En partant de l'origine et de l'histoire de l'entreprise, les sp\u00e9cialistes de la marque b\u00e2loise ont affin\u00e9 les valeurs ainsi que le positionnement en collaboration avec la famille propri\u00e9taire et la direction et ont identifi\u00e9 les caract\u00e9ristiques de diff\u00e9renciation. Dans un deuxi\u00e8me temps, ils ont retravaill\u00e9 la Corporate Identity et le design.<\/p>\r\n

Les r\u00e9sultats sont document\u00e9s dans un manuel de marque complet qui sert de guide aux responsables marketing dans les diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions de distribution.
