Depuis pr\u00e8s de 30 ans, le groupe T&N est une constante importante dans le paysage des TIC en Suisse et en Autriche. Fond\u00e9e en octobre 1996, une vision ambitieuse a donn\u00e9 naissance \u00e0 une entreprise comptant environ 180 collaborateurs r\u00e9partis sur 12 sites. Aujourd'hui, l'entreprise est un partenaire appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 pour les services ICT, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 informatique, le cloud computing et de nombreuses autres solutions.<\/p>\n

Une \u00e9tape importante<\/b><\/h3>\n

Apr\u00e8s une pr\u00e9paration minutieuse, les fondateurs de l'entreprise, Brigitte et Hermann Graf, ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9gler la succession du groupe T&N et d'assurer ainsi le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 long terme de l'entreprise. Dans ce contexte, le 27 mai 2025, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 WTG Holding GmbH, dont le si\u00e8ge est \u00e0 Berlin, a repris 100 % des actions de T&N Holding et donc toutes les entreprises li\u00e9es en Suisse et en Autriche. WTG est - comme T&N - une entreprise familiale avec une histoire impressionnante de 112 ans et est pr\u00e9sente avec 12 sites en Allemagne, avec un d\u00e9veloppement de logiciels en Pologne et avec un petit site en Suisse.<\/p>\n

Synergies et nouvelles perspectives<\/b><\/h3>\n

WTG et le groupe T&N sont parfaitement compatibles, selon un communiqu\u00e9 de presse publi\u00e9 \u00e0 cette occasion. \"L\u00e0 o\u00f9 les forces se recoupent, des synergies puissantes se cr\u00e9ent et de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s et perspectives s'ouvrent dans les domaines que seule l'une des deux entreprises couvrait jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent\", fait savoir T&N.<\/p>\n

Le groupe d'entreprises couvrira les pays Suisse et Autriche au sein du groupe WTG et conservera son autonomie. Pour les clients, cette \u00e9tape signifie qu'ils profiteront \u00e0 l'avenir des nouvelles synergies. L'offre sera d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e et le r\u00e9seau agrandi permettra \u00e9galement des \u00e9volutions positives. En m\u00eame temps, on peut compter sur la qualit\u00e9 habituelle de T&N, promet l'entreprise.<\/p>\n

Changement et constance<\/b><\/h3>\n

L'entreprise aborde l'avenir non seulement avec le m\u00eame nom, mais aussi avec une \u00e9quipe solide derri\u00e8re elle. Les contrats de travail, les t\u00e2ches, les sites et les responsabilit\u00e9s resteront inchang\u00e9s. La direction de T&N est \u00e9galement maintenue pour le moment, ce qui doit garantir la continuit\u00e9 et la fiabilit\u00e9. Ainsi, le fondateur de l'entreprise, Hermann Graf, restera CEO et membre du conseil d'administration jusqu'au 31 mars 2026. Il continuera ensuite \u00e0 si\u00e9ger au conseil d'administration et \u00e0 conseiller les nouveaux propri\u00e9taires. Une personne qualifi\u00e9e est recherch\u00e9e pour lui succ\u00e9der en tant que CEO.<\/p>\n

Grandir ensemble<\/b><\/h3>\n
