En \u00e9troite collaboration avec Helsana, l'agence de conseil et de cr\u00e9ation zurichoise Zense a structur\u00e9 les contenus complexes de la strat\u00e9gie, les a visualis\u00e9s et les a rendus tangibles gr\u00e2ce au storytelling. L'objectif est de pr\u00e9senter les contenus de mani\u00e8re simple et d'emmener les quelque 3400 collaborateurs sur le plan \u00e9motionnel dans le voyage strat\u00e9gique qui les attend.<\/p>\r\n

Le r\u00e9sultat de cette collaboration est, dans un premier temps, une pr\u00e9sentation de la strat\u00e9gie, un visuel cl\u00e9 concis, un site Intranet interactif ainsi que des informations d'accompagnement.
\r\ndes moyens de communication comme des posters ou des \u00e9conomiseurs d'\u00e9cran. Le lancement de la strat\u00e9gie avec la pr\u00e9sentation de la direction a eu lieu en janvier lors d'un grand \u00e9v\u00e9nement pour les collaborateurs.<\/p>\r\n

M\u00eame si la communication strat\u00e9gique se poursuit, on peut d\u00e9j\u00e0 tirer un premier bilan interm\u00e9diaire positif : Les messages centraux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 entendus et les collaborateurs d'Helsana utilisent volontiers et de mani\u00e8re autonome le visuel cl\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Zense, que ce soit pour des pr\u00e9sentations, des visualisations ou comme d\u00e9coration dans leur bureau, explique Marisa De Faveri Schweizer, responsable du projet strat\u00e9gique au sein de la Communication d'entreprise Helsana.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
