L'Institut Gottlieb Duttweiler GDI a \u00e9labor\u00e9 le mod\u00e8le \"GDI Major Shifts\" sur la base de ses longues ann\u00e9es de recherche sur les tendances. Celui-ci identifie 20 \u00e9volutions centrales dans cinq cat\u00e9gories - soci\u00e9t\u00e9, technologie, \u00e9conomie, environnement et g\u00e9opolitique - et les classe dans leur cycle de vie respectif. L'objectif est de ne pas consid\u00e9rer les tendances macro\u00e9conomiques de mani\u00e8re isol\u00e9e, mais de les comprendre en tant qu'\u00e9volutions dynamiques qui refl\u00e8tent plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les phases de transition et les incertitudes strat\u00e9giques.<\/p>\r\n

Le mod\u00e8le se base sur le cadre STEEP \u00e9tabli et est continuellement compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par de nouvelles connaissances. Dans son application pratique, il aide les entreprises \u00e0 classifier les d\u00e9veloppements futurs et \u00e0 en d\u00e9duire des options d'action concr\u00e8tes.<\/p>\r\n

Dans le cadre du service Strategic Foresight du GDI, l'institut accompagne les organisations dans la traduction des conclusions de l'analyse des tendances en mesures strat\u00e9giques concr\u00e8tes. \"Avec les Major Shifts du GDI, nous proposons \u00e0 nos clients une analyse de l'environnement bas\u00e9e sur des donn\u00e9es.
