Avec la \"m\u00e9thode IA-4-PME\", les entreprises disposent d\u00e9sormais d'une approche pratique et structur\u00e9e de l'utilisation de l'IA. L'objectif est de soutenir en particulier les PME dans l'identification, la planification et la mise en \u0153uvre d'initiatives d'IA.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Approche de l'utilisation de l'IA adapt\u00e9e aux PME<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Les technologies num\u00e9riques modifient fondamentalement les mod\u00e8les commerciaux, les processus et les cha\u00eenes de cr\u00e9ation de valeur - l'intelligence artificielle devient un facteur d'innovation et de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 d\u00e9cisif. Les PME en particulier sont confront\u00e9es \u00e0 la question suivante : o\u00f9 se situe notre potentiel concret ? Comment utiliser l'IA de mani\u00e8re judicieuse ? Et comment r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 se lancer \u00e0 un co\u00fbt raisonnable et avec une r\u00e9elle valeur ajout\u00e9e ?<\/p>\n<p>La \"m\u00e9thode IA-4-PME\", d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par une \u00e9quipe de projet interdisciplinaire de la FHNW (Haute \u00e9cole de gestion et Haute \u00e9cole de psychologie appliqu\u00e9e) en \u00e9troite collaboration avec des partenaires issus de la pratique, fournit des r\u00e9ponses. La \"m\u00e9thode IA-4-PME\" se compose d'un guide pratique et d'un atelier-Canvas qui aide notamment les petites et moyennes entreprises \u00e0 identifier les potentiels strat\u00e9giques de l'intelligence artificielle (IA) et \u00e0 les mettre en \u0153uvre de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Knut Hinkelmann r\u00e9sume l'objectif du projet : \"Notre but \u00e9tait de pr\u00e9parer les connaissances issues de la recherche et de l'industrie de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu'elles soient directement utilisables\".<\/p>\n<h3><b>Une feuille de route pratique en trois \u00e9tapes<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode propose une approche structur\u00e9e et adapt\u00e9e aux PME en trois phases, afin d'identifier et de mettre en \u0153uvre les potentiels de l'IA dans sa propre entreprise :<\/p>\n<ul class=\"naxml-ul\">\n<li>Phase 1 - Design : identification des potentiels pertinents pour l'IA au niveau de l'entreprise, des processus et des t\u00e2ches.<\/li>\n<li>Phase 2 - Construire : D\u00e9veloppement et mise en \u0153uvre de solutions d'IA ax\u00e9es sur la collaboration homme\/IA.<\/li>\n<li>Phase 3 - Run : int\u00e9gration de la solution d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e dans la pratique de l'entreprise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le c\u0153ur de la m\u00e9thode est un guide pratique de l'IA de plus de 370 pages, compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par un workshop canvas modulaire pour la planification concr\u00e8te des projets. Plus de 30 auteurs issus de la science et de l'\u00e9conomie fournissent des chapitres ax\u00e9s sur l'application, des \u00e9tudes de cas pratiques et des m\u00e9thodes \u00e9prouv\u00e9es. Le d\u00e9veloppement de la m\u00e9thode a permis de faire le lien entre les connaissances scientifiques et l'application pratique.<\/p>\n<p>\"La m\u00e9thode KI-4-KMU permet aux entreprises d'aborder l'IA de mani\u00e8re strat\u00e9gique et pratique. Elle est une contribution importante \u00e0 la force d'innovation de l'\u00e9conomie suisse\", d\u00e9clare le professeur Marc K. Peter, l'un des responsables du projet \u00e0 la FHNW.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Contribuer au renforcement de la place \u00e9conomique<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>L'objectif de cette initiative est d'apporter les connaissances actuelles en mati\u00e8re d'IA directement dans le quotidien des entreprises. Avec la nouvelle \"m\u00e9thode IA-4-PME\", la Haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e du Nord-Ouest de la Suisse FHNW et le \"Centre IA pour PME\" proposent aux entreprises une approche pratique de l'utilisation strat\u00e9gique de l'intelligence artificielle. \"Notre approche centr\u00e9e sur l'humain aide les PME \u00e0 se concentrer sur les solutions d'IA qui apportent la plus grande valeur \u00e0 leurs collaborateurs et \u00e0 leurs clients\", explique le Dr Emanuele Laurenzi de la FHNW \u00e0 propos de l'approche globale de la m\u00e9thode.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 soutenu par des partenaires tels qu'Abacus, Promotion Sant\u00e9 Suisse et Swisscom. En outre, les partenaires de recherche et de m\u00e9dias ORGANISATOR, TopSoft, KI-Zentrum f\u00fcr KMU, NRP-Nouvelle politique r\u00e9gionale, Promotion \u00e9conomique du canton de Soleure et Promotion \u00e9conomique de la r\u00e9gion d'Olten ont encourag\u00e9 les travaux. \"Avec les nouveaux outils d'IA d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s, les entreprises disposent d'un outil qui leur permet de renforcer leur comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 et leur capacit\u00e9 d'innovation.
