Le Groupe Helsana reprend la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Adcubum SA, d\u00e9tenue majoritairement par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9ricaine de private equity TA Associates. Adcubum sera rattach\u00e9e \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de participation du Groupe Helsana et restera une entreprise ind\u00e9pendante avec son si\u00e8ge principal \u00e0 Saint-Gall. Tous les contrats existants seront honor\u00e9s. La direction op\u00e9rationnelle continuera d'\u00eatre assur\u00e9e par la direction actuelle et tous les collaborateurs seront repris. \"Par cet investissement, Helsana entend pr\u00e9server et d\u00e9velopper son logiciel d'assurance-maladie stable, efficace et innovant\", explique Roman Sonderegger, CEO d'Helsana, pour justifier la reprise d'Adcubum. \"Les investissements et les innovations cibl\u00e9es pour le logiciel profitent \u00e0 Helsana et \u00e0 toutes les assurances-maladie et accidents qui collaborent avec Adcubum. Traitement \u00e9quitable de tous les clients<\/h3>\r\n

En tant que nouveau propri\u00e9taire, Helsana promet qu'Adcubum continuera d'exister en tant qu'entreprise ind\u00e9pendante. Dans ce sens, le nouveau Conseil d'administration d'Adcubum sera \u00e9galement compos\u00e9 \u00e0 l'avenir d'une majorit\u00e9 de personnalit\u00e9s ind\u00e9pendantes d'Helsana, communique l'entreprise. Adcubum s'engage en outre \u00e0 ce que tous les clients aient acc\u00e8s aux produits et aux services sur un pied d'\u00e9galit\u00e9 et \u00e0 des prix \u00e9quitables.<\/p>\r\n

Adcubum veut participer activement \u00e0 la transformation num\u00e9rique dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9 et continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper sa position de fournisseur leader de logiciels d'assurance dans ce domaine. Pas d'argent de prime pour la prise en charge<\/h3>\r\n

Le rachat est effectu\u00e9 par Helsana Beteiligungen AG, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les investissements dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9. L'achat est financ\u00e9 par la holding (Helsana SA). L'activit\u00e9 d'assurance ne sera pas affect\u00e9e, aucun argent des primes ne sera utilis\u00e9 pour l'achat d'Adcubum. Les parties ont convenu de ne pas divulguer le prix d'achat.<\/p>\r\n
